Sheri was so helpful and informative during the initial home buying experience when I went under contract. She kept me and my realtor up to date on the build throughout the process. Jim has been so attentive in taking care of structural and operational tasks that needed revision, such as replacing my master bathroom cabinetry, lawn care for the first few weeks after closing, reviewing with me the sprinkler system, etc. Kerlyn was a pleasure to speak to on the phone and he has been effective in setting up work orders to address the issue with the damaged drywall in the laundry room and touching up the paint on my front door. The criticisms I have for the workmanship is that the contractors building the home need a little more attention to detail. I can visually notice several areas inside the house where the base boards are not straight or at 90 degrees relative to the adjoining walls. Also, the windows don't measure the same width when measured at the top compared to the width at the bottom. Lastly, I was told at the initial home orientation that the builder would place an epoxy coating on my garage floor. It looks like what was done was a coating of gray paint and some scattered flakes which tend to, over time, get tracked from the garage and into the house on my shoes. I had a garage flooring professional look at the floor and he quickly assessed that what was done to the garage floor was not an epoxy coating. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

I am a first time home buyer and my anxiety was on high. At each step, each person I came in contact with was quite knowledgeable or sourced the answer to the solution. Ones who stand out are Michelle, Jim, and Kerlyn. Thank you so much for your time and continued effort.

My experience with KB Homes was just Great from day 1. I give my greatest thanks to every single person that was part of my purchase starting from. Jose was my sales person he was friendly, easy to deal with and knowledgeable.Michelle and Veronica was on point on every step getting my mortgage papers and the closing date. Before the closing we did a walk through with Mike W was just excellent he listened to all our questions and concerns and every single task was done in a timely manner and really treats you like family.Mark from the customer service makes sure everything taken care of he is always to the task and he gets it done. Everyone mentioned above has done a great job and continued to follow up after closing as well. Tony has been great with following up with me with any issues, and was punctual with his appointments for anything that needed to be looked at. He did a good job keeping his word and maintaining his integrity to us when anything came up with the house. I do hope he continues to follow up with me even now that we have closed. Camille was great as well. She did her best to keep us informed with updates on the house. While she did her job very well, I hope she continues to follow up with her buyers even after they move in. Other than that, she was very informative and honest with us, and that’s all we could’ve asked for at the end of the day. My home buying experience with KB Home was above the expected. Great customer service, the whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable in every way. The process was easy and the response was in a timely manner, they made it easy to understand the whole process in accomplishing your home buying experience.

The house was delivered to us with many details, broken walls, glass with details in doors and windows, they did not clean the house, it was delivered dirty and with paint on the carpets, the gate was hit and they still did not replace the panel. The peivers were not cured, painting details inside the house still not done. The master closet done very badly. The truth is that we are not happy with the house because it was delivered to us with many things to do and it was delivered out of time. We are not happy.

The 2 houses I bought from KB were delivered with top quality materials. I used technical assistance for some repairs and was answered promptly. I highly recommend KB Home.

The initial process was smooth. My rep was very helpful providing info on how to get prequalified and get into contract. The build time was very long as I was told permits were delayed 3 months. I was being pushed to close on property before the build was complete which I didn't appreciate. My initial foreman retired midway thru build process but the superintendent that took over the build was great.

Mike the Superintendent were so great in helping me with this house. He made sure things were done correctly and in order. If it wasn’t for him I probably will be talking to an attorney. So many things wasn’t done right and many of the employees that worked for the company seem not to care about how the structure of the house inside and out were being properly built. Mike made sure it was right, thank you Mike for being an outstanding employee.

KB home will give you the flexibility to customize your home for your needs. Most of the other builders are cookie cutter options.

The complex is very nice, it has many green areas. the purchase was to our liking

I love my new KB home but the responsiveness to issues that should have been resolved is horrible. Please continue to work on customer service after the house is sold.

Rita from Sales was great as was Mike from the construction team. However the mortgage team was not great and the warranty guys just stink. But bottom line, headaches aside we love our new home.

The KB Home buying experience was amazing. The process was seamless and I felt very confident going into my new home purchase. All of the team was very caring and ensured to address any concerns I had were taken care of.

The experience was good at the beginning of the process,but it seemed there was a hurry to get it closed by the end of January. There was a chip on a tile of the floor and the back sliding glass door doesn't lock properly.
