almost two months after receiving the house I still have a to-do list that no one fixed... It seems that things have changed quite a bit with the importance of the client.

Mary, Brady, Tim and Mark were a great team working WITH WHAT THEY HAD. We started this process in November 2021 and moved in October 2022. Process was painful, expensive and stressful. Beautiful home, but too many problems, still being resolved. Thank you Mary for all Your hard work throughout this process.

this was our first time buying a home and it was a great experience from start to finish and we ended with an amazing product!!! We couldn’t be happier with our first home. Definitely recommend KB homes!

This is my second time buying with KB. The first time was great. This second time the quality is subpar. Just to say that siding is missing and they thought is was a great idea to paint over the 2 pieces missing and not say anything. Thanks for a neighbor noticing and letting us know.

Everything came together at the end. The design center was awesome. Our contacts Johnathan and Mike were both great to work with. We had good weekly updates on the progress. The list of things to correct is small but taking a while to get some of those items completed. Overall, a great experience.

The world was promised to us before signing for the house, but once we signed it was very, very hard to get anyone to fix things . We’re very disappointed!!!!

I loved the way in which Kb Home involved us in the entire construction process of the house, from time to time we had contact with Mr. Pet in charge of the construction of our house and we obtained weekly photos where we could see the evolution of this entire process, My husband and I were in New York but they always made us feel very close. Happy for having chosen Kb Home to build our house.

was forced to pushed to close early for a whole month for no reason (other than looks good on their paper), while they were rushing to finish up the construction of the house. Had to wait for a whole month to get internet because the construction of the next door isn't completed.

Unfortunately the entire experience was not what we were expecting. From the time we signed the contract to closing it felt at most times pulling teeth from construction to know about the status of our home. They would not commit to any estimate closing dates even though our sales coordinator and finance told us they can see on reports of one. When we got closer to closing, our superintendent of construction did not inform us until the day before closing that he was not going to have about 7 things ready in the home until after closing. (Shower enclosure, cabinet handles, window screens, closet shelfs, etc..) This was the same day that our kitchen counters were just being installed and he didnt have us walk through the kitchen for us to see that the switch for the sink garbage disposal was too high that the switch was hitting the sink that would not allow the switch to turn on the disposal. On the day of the closing, we were hoping to go our home as ready as it can be to only find out that the wntire home was not cleaned and found more issues with the home. We learned that the water heater was leaking, the entry garage door that connected the home to the garage was not installed correctly that doesnt properly closes the door (we later learned that the door frame was installed badly), and the electric wire in the master bedroom was crossed that would not allow a light fixture to go off when flipping the switches. When all of this was reported to the superintendent of construction, it felt like it went no where. We were exhausted after this entire process and sad to say we now have to do the work ourselves to ensure things are done right! Had I known all of this ahead of time I would probably have chosen a different builder. ... More

Every single step of the process has been great. We're so happy with our home. My favorite part was working with the design studio to personalize our home the way we wanted it. Every single person has been helpful and kind, answering all our questions, and have even stayed in touch after we've been in the home. Happy 100%

My house wasn't done on time and was delayed several times, but for the most part all parties involved did the best they could during this situation and were very prompt and treated us well. Thank you

Sales guy was very thoughtful and helpful all the time by the way has been the only one that threat us with respect. Contractors and superintendent make us feel like we're not paying for a quality home and what we're getting is what we got very irresponsible at the time to give us a answer or make and appoinent at this time we still waiting for repairs from our first walktrough and we still without cabinet doors has been a challenge with all our founding in the first walktrough and still are there waiting that someone will show up and threat us with respect and care. We use to love KBH that's why we buy but the experience has been really disappointed ... More

Communication with our sales rep was excellent throughout the 11-month building period. We love Rita, she is not only a salesperson but a friend to our family now.

It was great to work with everyone at KB to purchase our home. Everyone was friendly and professional and made the whole process easy.

I am sure every builder has issues but working with KB was not something I would do ever again. The issues never stopped and they don’t truly care about your experience. You are just another sale.
