There are lot of exceptions and issues after our closing. Chris - our warranty manager was extremely helpful in trying to sort out the issues, but still the delay in exception lists are unacceptable. Also, the quality of the materials are not up to the mark.

I have a leak in my water heater more than a month and I receive my house without 2 cabinets doors that was supposed to be delivered in February 24th, but until now nothing. They return quickly my questions but I don’t have the real solution for my problems.

Working with KB Home was great!

I had a long "punch-list" when I moved it. It was pretty unacceptable. I've had to have subcontractors come out multiple times, and I am months away from having a "complete" house with no issues. KB is a budget builder, and it's fairly good value. You get what you pay for.

KB Homes was a great! They made the home building process less daunting for my Wife and I who are new home owners. Our home is beautiful!

My experience with the KB home buying process was good. There were some issues: delays with material, communication and site construction manager. I believe some these issues could have been avoided with better communication. How ever in the end response some of the issues are currently being addressed.

While there have been several items that were not up to either our standards or KB Home’s standards, they have committed to take care of everything. Some things have already been taken care of some will be taken care of soon. All of the people I have worked with at LB have been amazing. This is our second KB Home purchase and we won’t hesitate to purchase another in the future.

Staff was always professional, and they made sure everything has been to my satisfaction, even after I moved in my home.

The service we received from the sales office, to the design studio, to the entire building process, and through the entire loan process, was absolutely amazing! KB Homes made this experience a delight and we were involved with the whole process. My house is absolutely beautiful and was everything I asked for. I would definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone looking for quality service and a quality built home.

This was an overall great experience. Dahlia was absolutely fantastic! The entire staff that I worked with, Mike the builder and Camille were so responsive and helpful. I always felt comfortable speaking with them and always trusted their views. Great experience.

This is the first home I brought from kb, it will be the last one as well. The materials kb used were cheap and work was rough. The new house came out with a lot of problems. Feeing like builder was not professional at all and not knowing how to build a house. There were not a lot of options to choose from design studio. We were so glad that we didn’t choose refrigerator and dry and washer from kb. We were pretty disappointed at kb home.

From start to finish it was a great experience , all departments were constantly updating on the progress. All my questions were answer quickly. Very happy with the home, very well designed and built. Highly recommend

Still haven't heard back from Carlos who works for KB. Says he is the one we contact for all issues over the next 2 years but we rarely get communication back and when we do it's to tell us a false date and time for the contractor he hired to fix our backyard as it continues to worsen and dates keep getting pushed we have yet to have anyone come out to offer resolution or even assess the yard for what needs to be done.
