We were definitely told several things that did not come to be true which has frustrated us. We keep finding things that need to be addressed or fixed. Some things I expect from a new home. Otherwise, they are pretty responsive on issues and trying to make things as easy as possible. The bill process was great I love the customization we had at our house. We definitely do this experience again, but would addressed a lot of specifics first.

The process was relatively easy for buying a home and I was kept up to date on everything which made the whole process smooth.

My experience was easy and fun. My home turned out beautifully, everything was delivered as promised and the after closing experience has been just as good. I would recommend KB Home to anyone looking to purchase a brand-new home.

I would like to thank Dave, Gregg, Jen, and Elsy for helping me and my fiancé with our first home. They were helpful and patient. They still check in on us and how things are going which is amazing of them! Thank you so much guys!

From start to finish, our experience with KB Homes was a 10 out of 10! The sales team was honest and helpful. Chris was great in keeping us updated with the progress during the building process. The entire build was on-time and we are completely satisfied! I would highly recommend KB homes for your next home.

Buying a new construction can be very stressful but everyone at KB Homes has been very helpful and understanding with any issues I had.

We love the KB team: Erik, Scott, Megan, Ken and Ingrid. When the process works, it’s great. It was a relatively easy process for us. Just a few stumbling blocks to get the structure started. Other than that, it was great. Loan and structure under one company was great. KB has a great team.

When I locked in on my home . I was suppose to get updates got one update then once the home was finshed My closing was set back 5 times that was terrible . I found out some people got blinds that came with the home . We didn’t get any and some people got electric garage door opener I didn’t receive it . when I wanted to change the plans for the home they told me everything was already picked I didn’t have a choice . Some homes got a roof over their back porch slab I didn’t get that either why ? they told me it didn’t come with the home . I love my New home I didn’t have any problems with the build or walk throughs . The Grass was dead when they put it down and it still will not turn green no matter how much water I put . It’s horrible please be mindful when you pick a home and make sure you check on your home when they are building it . I came out every other day and watch the build if not you will have problems in your home . I also came out and continue to shut my windows and doors . If not “rain will get in and cause mold . Great experience with KB Home from start to finish. The process was smooth, well organized, and communication was clear throughout. The team was professional, responsive, and attentive to details, which made building our new home stress-free. We are very happy with the quality of the home and the overall experience, and we would definitely recommend KB Home to others.

There is little communication between departments. Project schedules don’t appear to exist and failing to meet dates 7 times over doesn’t matter. Punch items take months to get to and not everything is resolved max

I have had the best experience with KB Homes. From our sales agent Ingrid to the building manager Dave and everyone in between. They’re caring, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and go above and beyond. I love my new home. It’s beautiful, the craftsmanship is great, and KB has more than delivered on every single aspect. I had my home built while living across the country, which sounds like it could be stressful, but with this team I never stressed, I was constantly well informed.

I purchased model home, move-in-ready. Furnished and all! I did not have the full builder experience, but since I’ve been here the project superintendent Dave, has been great. We noticed minor things after moving in, but he’s been really responsive.

I have to give KB an awesome review from the time we moved in everyone was very attentive to the things that needed to be done. Whatever it was. They were always there to help especially Chris that man is amazing he went above and beyond helping my husband and I on everything we needed. He even helped me when UPS decided to drop my husband‘s present, which was so heavy! I could not even lift it dropped it off at the wrong door down the street. He rushed over to help me, lifted it into his truck, rushed it over to my garage and put it in my garage and rushed away because he had to go to a meeting. That man is awesome and I see him all the time here trying to do whatever he can to make people feel comfortable thanks Chris and everyone else that has helped us. Chris is a very organized and responsive construction manager

To start we are now in our home, we closed 6 weeks later than promised, but we moved in and the 10 day punch list items are completed. That being said, if you have already signed with KB to build, make sure you pay for an inspection before the sheetrock walk-through. We went with all of KB recommended partners, the broker, the title company, the insurance, etc. Not recommended as there is zero communication between the construction manager, sales manager, broker, closing company, insurance agents, sub contractors. We had issues every step of the way. It gets stressful when timing when you will be moving out of your current location and planning the logistics of your move in and with no tangible dates ever. Thankfully, we had a realtor that could put in the time to chase down some answers, but it was never confirmed we would actually be able to close until 2 days before and closing took for hours. Insurance was put in escrow along with taxes as standard practice. You can imagine our horror to find they never paid the insurance premium and we don’t have insurance although we paid. There was a rate hike since we closed, so it gets even messier. We are still waiting for confirmation as to whether KB will be able to fix this mistake. ... More

I have only been in the home for 30 days and have already had to submit a warranty work order for a broken window. Overall the house is acceptable after much distress during the build with builder not wanting to fix damages caused by trades. Also please check your ac and insulation as mine were damaged, ductwork not taped properly or suspended properly. Insulation was only 3-4 inches in some areas of the attic and contract stated 10 inches throughout. Builder had more than 4 weeks to correct the issue and they did nothing until the last 24 hours before closing even though they stated to me that all was addressed and corrected. Workmanship was messy and not up to standard. All I asked was just do their job correctly and don’t cause more damage with every trade that entered the house. Overall I found a lack of respect for the client and no respect from the trades for the finishes in the house. Millwork in the house messy and substandard and black of attention to detail. I recommend that all clients hire a home inspector to check for things that are not up to code and have items professionally documented for your own security. My only saving grace was the project manager Dave, otherwise we would have had to spend another $10k to fix all the issues that LB homes refused to address. ... More

We had a great experience with KB Homes! Bryan and Eric from KB Homes, along with Megan from KBHS, did a fantastic job throughout the process. While we had a few concerns along the way, the team worked together seamlessly to address everything quickly and professionally. Their commitment to resolution and customer satisfaction really stood out. We’re very pleased overall and would highly recommend KB Homes, KBHS, and First American Title!

The house has a defect that we reported several times and nobody from kb seems to care and doesnt wanted to come fix it.

Everything was great from start to finish. The Project Manager was on top of everything every week. If there was something wrong I pointed out was fixed. The financial division was very helpful in all ways.
