Work with builders and managers together, ask questions, builders try to 100% satisfy the wishes of the client so that you are happy in your new home. Think carefully about design studio decisions to make your home as comfortable as possible.

I really like the super structure construction in case of hurricanes. I also like the energy star rating. The attention to finishing details was better than average.

We were very pleased with the homebuying process. We loved going to the design center to "dress up" our home, and the array of options was awesome. We also loved our construction site supervisor who was wonderful with communication and addressing small touch ups. Ultimately, we love our new home! The only thing that took us aback was how price increases can occur unexpectedly.

We have been in this area 15 years, and when we are looking to move we looked at several builders in the area. None of them offered as many options to customize your home as much as KB Homes. During the process we got to know all of the employees at KB Homes and they were all extremely dedicated, motivated and made sure we were always taken care of. The quality of the home is outstanding, and if there are any little issues that cropped up they take care of them right away. Most importantly they are trustworthy company,We have been in this area 15 years, and when we are looking to move we looked at several builders in the area. None of them offered as many options to customize your home as much as KB Homes. During the buying-designing-buliding process we got to know many of the employees at KB Homes and they were all extremely dedicated, motivated and made sure we were always taken care of. Nothing to complain about. They delivered what they promised. Happy with the community I purchased in. I will buy from KB again. No doubt about it.

Quality of workmanship can be better. Left the home uncleaned at the time of closing, a bit disappointed on that for sure.
