We have been in this area 15 years, and when we are looking to move we looked at several builders in the area. None of them offered as many options to customize your home as much as KB Homes. During the process we got to know all of the employees at KB Homes and they were all extremely dedicated, motivated and made sure we were always taken care of. The quality of the home is outstanding, and if there are any little issues that cropped up they take care of them right away. Quality of workmanship can be better. Left the home uncleaned at the time of closing, a bit disappointed on that for sure.

Pleased with the purchase

I purchased model home, move-in-ready. Furnished and all! I did not have the full builder experience, but since I’ve been here the project superintendent Dave, has been great. We noticed minor things after moving in, but he’s been really responsive.

We love our new KB home. The upgrades are done well and the craftmanship is great. The sales team and construction managers are great and easy to work with and are with you every step of the way and help even when your home is done and you're all moved in.

Now that we are in the house we can see stuff that is not done right. We are going thru the warranty to fix our house

I had the painting problem before closing, they fixed it after 26 days. I wish they can fixed earlier. The people is great but the processing is bad.

From start to finish it was a seamless process! Wouldnt change anything. Feels like we have a home now.

Over all one of the better production builders, Very good financial team. Warranty work from the subcontractors and follow up is a little slow.

Chris is a very organized and responsive construction manager

Our builder James, was/is very responsive to any needs. We are very satisifed with his ability to address any concerns.

It was quite easy and speedy. My own challenge was that they had to change loan officer 3 times during my process. After the change I had to resubmit every document which was stressful for me.

We just bought our home and we love it, our PM Bryan made our moving experience much easier he is great, Thanks KB Home!

Excellent Experience till closing . post closing needs multiple follow ups for any pending items.
