We sign the contract September after 1 year almost ready to be closed, we was ask to closed even though we know the house is not complete because the sale person and construction was very nice to us and they need to submit the quota to corporateans also promise to finish the house in 30 day so we did a Favor by trusting but boy we are so wrong I moving in 2 month my house still not complete yet we have submit multiple warranty and have a construction supervisor know they alway come up with excuses and promise but never do anything. So disapointed and upset at the same time.

I found 30+ issues with including an upgrade missing I paid for, quality issues, defects, etc. I never got the soft close cabinets I paid for and there’s no urgency to fix this. My door frames to the rooms have warps and gaps so wide you can see to the other side with the door closed. They scratched my tiles really bad trying to install a wall oven pre-closing and didn’t use anything to protect the floors when they set it down and slid it around, etc. the list goes on to over 30+ things. Someone came out to document all of my warranty concerns a few days after I moved in. Then they didn’t document them in the system, nothing every got scheduled, she disappeared and went silent, and didn’t show up at a scheduled meeting with me this past week which was meant to smooth over this absolutely NIGHTMARE process. Now, 2 months later, I’m still chasing KB Home to try and fix all the broken things they left me. KB paints a picture that you’ll be taken care of post closing, but you won’t. If you’re considering buying a home from them, don’t make the mistake I made by trusting they’d take care of issues post closing. Once I closed, the only person who cares anymore is my sales person and even he’s limited on what he can do. ... More

Materials are fine but they don’t check their work very well. Poor workmanship and I have to keep asking for updates on the fix because no one keeps up with anything.

We love our new KB home. The upgrades are done well and the craftmanship is great. The sales team and construction managers are great and easy to work with and are with you every step of the way and help even when your home is done and you're all moved in.

Overall a good experience with KB

Our AC system failed to function for the whole month. Del air company made multiple attempts to fix the problem but failed. I thank the personnels of KBHomes who went above and beyond to assist us resolve our air conditioning issue.

Great sales agent and builder to work with.

Quality of workmanship can be better. Left the home uncleaned at the time of closing, a bit disappointed on that for sure.

Sales and Design Center were great! When it comes to building you need to be watching their every move. The construction supervisors try to watch everything but it's impossible. We had many issues but so far the warranty dept. has been on top of making things right. The company really need to work on making sure they produce a quality home the first time.

Also Vanesa by processor and Mike construction process goes smoothly and I got in my home finally thank you so much

Weekly calls from the construction and sales staff with updates. Materials were delayed but I was kept informed.

Jeri was fantastic throughout the build.

After 2 months I'm still waiting for fake stuff

We had a great experience as we found this community, everyone was attentive to our needs and wants. They we’re so helpful in answering all of our questions and go about it accordingly. The sales rep was exceptionally nice, he guided us through every step of the way and made us feel comfortable. If there is anything you need they’re definitely on top of the list. Highly recommend

The thing that was most impressive to me and my wife is the courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. When you hear people say welcome to the KB family it hey really make you feel that way.

Work with builders and managers together, ask questions, builders try to 100% satisfy the wishes of the client so that you are happy in your new home. Think carefully about design studio decisions to make your home as comfortable as possible.

Overall it was a good experience ce!

Now that we are in the house we can see stuff that is not done right. We are going thru the warranty to fix our house
