I had the painting problem before closing, they fixed it after 26 days. I wish they can fixed earlier. The people is great but the processing is bad.

I have had way too many issues with a brand new house.

Now that we have been here a few months, we are noticing an alarming number of issues. Windows are leaking when it rains, drywall inside is wet, soft and peeling from rain outside (i can literally put my finger through it), windows that wont lock, grout completely cracked open on the kitchen counter which is now allowing water from the leaking window into the cabinets which will ruin them and cause mold, kitchen cabinets not properly installed at the floor, broken patio light, AC did not pass some type of inspection, door handles through out the house all coming loose, water coming in from the bottom of the sliding glass door, not to mention all the cosmetic issues of paint and caulk all over the floors and light switches that we have had to scrape off (and still are), paint stains on the carpets, nails sticking out of cabinets, uneven paint on the walls….the list goes on. Not what you would expect from brand new construction. It is apparent that many corners were cut while building this house. We gave a long list of issues several weeks ago and have yet to be contacted to have them fixed. We are very dissatisfied with the quality if this house and are finding more issues every day. ... From start to finish it was a seamless process! Wouldnt change anything. Feels like we have a home now.

Our builder James, was/is very responsive to any needs. We are very satisifed with his ability to address any concerns.

Joel or contractor was amazing. Through all the unexpected of covid, he did everything possible to make it the best experience for us. The sales team checked in weekly. So grateful and happy with our new home!

I really like the super structure construction in case of hurricanes. I also like the energy star rating. The attention to finishing details was better than average.

We were very pleased with the homebuying process. We loved going to the design center to "dress up" our home, and the array of options was awesome. We also loved our construction site supervisor who was wonderful with communication and addressing small touch ups. Ultimately, we love our new home! The only thing that took us aback was how price increases can occur unexpectedly.

There were touch up things to be fixed to finish up the home. Joel was of great help and got it all done in a timely matter. Thank you!
