I really appreciated the attention that Jill and Robert provided. I do find it odd that we had to reach out to the HOA for our mail keys and they weren't provided with the house. Very inconvenient having to pick them up or even have them mailed.

Everyting is good and fine

Buying a new build home with KB has been nothing short of amazing. Starting from the beginning with Gabby all the way to the end with Ash. My husband and I could not be happier with this purchase and we both feel that our future is set. Thank you!

Every step of the way went even smoother than I could’ve imagined! Every person I met along the way was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The communication between kb personnel and myself was seamless. At any point I had any questions or confusion my questions and concerns were extinguished immediately with clear, concise, and consistent communication. The house came out beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with KB and will 100% recommend them to anyone I meet looking to build or buy a home.

It was a good experience

Our experience with purchasing our home with KB Home has been great. Vicky, the sales associate was great. She always took her time, showing us multiple homes and always available to answer any questions that we had. We never felt rushed or pushed to buy. Robert, the construction manager has a great line of communication during the building process, and even after when there were minor issues that needed to be addressed. He responds quickly to emails and even texts and makes a point to take care of the issue ASAP. Definitely recommend buying with KB homes.

Overall my wife and I have nothing to great comments in these areas Company is well -run and reaches out to us frequently When called response is outstanding Staff are special people who do a job well done Building Staff is totally knowledgeable in the trade. Executive higher management are peerless as well We love our new home and feel strongly the right decision was made to buy a KB home

Work manager assigned to my building was not a great guy so they changed him to make my experience better.

Sales person Gabby was great, as well as the closing staff at the closing offices. The last construction manager we dealt during the final days of construction was also very helpful.

Vicky from sales was great. She is very knowledgeable and helpful from the very first day we met with her. Vicky really helps get the things that we needed done get completed. We would highly recommend the KB experience!!

We have great experience buying our home with KB homes. From day one, Vicky was very informative and answered all of our questions, she sends us pictures every week. Not only Vicky was very helpful, but the other people who works at kb home. For example, Vivian, Mark and the design studio team. One of the things we loved from the day one is that we were able to customize our home by adding extras like a 3rd bathroom in the four bedroom in a reasonable price. We moved into KB homes Magnolia creek last month. We had a great experience working with Eric and George. Though we had some minor hiccups during the process both Eric and George kept us in the loop regarding the updates and made sure we got over the line.

My experience with KB has been almost perfect. I absolutely love my home! That being said, as the days and weeks go by something pops up that needs correction. I’ll make 1 call or send 1 email to my CM or Sales manger and I’ll usually hear back from the trade by tbe end of the day. Home building is never a perfect process and I 100% get that! It’s nice to know I have a team like Carmelo & Robert behind me. I have 100% confidence that any and all minor issues will be corrected! I can’t say enough amazing things about Carmelo, Robert & the team behind them

We faced so many issues with builder in the overall process. KB lending experience was bad. KB construction team was okay after purchasing the house. Sales department wasn’t so great
