After everything I have been thru the buying of my house, I just can say that with the professionalism and help of Jill H.(sales representative), Mariel G. (Design Studio manager) and with the help after the last walk thru and his fast action with the final details of Mark (project manager), my dream house can not be come true. Very upset with over all service from kb homes.

Finance took too long with certain documents which caused the closing to be delayed several times. The house is not fully complete and there were many flaws in the home. Found poor quality work and many items needed to go through warranty. It seemed like a rushed home. Still waiting on items to be taken care of even though several months have gone by since living in the home. Majority of the items owner had call the contractors for each job directly. It felt like I was doing someone else’s job.

They changed closing date many times. They have not came back to fix the things under warranty.

Builders from the start gave weekly updates on the construction of the home. Layout of the home turned out well and any issues or repairs needed after closing are being resolved periodically.

Cons: HOA is kind of expensive (no amenities or whatever) and the grass are uneven in the tiny park and sometimes there’s litters. Builder still has not replied or given me the garage opener they promised (it has been 2 months since we close), which shows they’re gonna be like that if some warranty issue happens. Loan officer keeps getting our names wrong during the process and the closing was postponed 2 times and only notify us hours away from it. Pros: Community is quiet. The house is fairly build.

My experience with KB Homes was a very good one from start to finish. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we’re very professional.

My home-buying, loan, and showroom experiences were outstanding with KB Home. The trouble I had with KB Homes was the completion of my home. The home was three months late, and my project manager was not listening to my concerns. I moved in this February, still have several problems still not been resolved. KB homes are working to fix these issues but the process is very slow. However, my family and I do love our new home.

It was a frustrating process with multiple builder delays only to be left with incomplete items.

Be Away from this Builder. The construction Quality is very worse. Many Issues with the home. They just avoid the home owner issues after closing. The construction manager is buying the feedback from the Existing home owners, with a small perks like Free Epoxy flooring, if we give 100% positive feedback on All sections. My Home had many issues, with the Paint & Appliances and many more. Some design selections I selected are not installed, they forgot to install them. So, I did not submit the positive feedback, They did not give me the Epoxy flooring. Submitting 100% positive feedback, for a 300 $ value Epoxy flooring is Joke !! Never trust this builder !! We got caught up with pandemic issues e.g. manual labor, equipment supplies but all in all they did their best to make it work.

We need not have a good experience with this process, from the finance department to the construction supervisor in our neighborhood

We are hoppy to move in to our new house, unfortunately there are still alot of thing need to be done. My tip is to hire a private inspector and a realtor when purchasing a home, brand new or not. Make sure you dont need to rush on your closing date so that the builder will finish everything before moving in.

The sales experience was good. During the build, some issues were brought up and were either VERY slow to address or never addressed at all. Clearly the sub-contractors rushed through their work to go on to the next job at the expense of sloppy, mediocre workmanship. Attention to detail is lacking. Communication was poor, to include nearly non-existent follow-up. Maybe this is all KB specific, or maybe it is industry wide with all the big builders. Either way, KB could do so much better by simply hiring a construction manager who was competent, organized, and communicates often and well.

My begining experience was very good but contractor and building experience is frustate. Material for make this house low quality I didn' any kb homes people to toldk about low quality materials and contractor alwys make me frustate . I closed my november 25 2022 but contractor installed blinder and screen fully . Contracotr installed blinder last 1/20/233 and screen last 10 days but not fully and lot of small issue have to fix but contractor don't do another issue contractor use electric wire out of wall on my garage door . it can't be even he didn't use any cover for electric wire. My house back glass door lock is not good . ... More

House still incomplete. Missing shower and cabniet trim. Never given updates, I have to call in and ask what's going on and no one ever seems to know.

Jeff, our Sales Counselor was terrific. I cannot say enough good things about him. Closing was delayed a number of weeks due to supply issues. A number of things were incomplete upon closing in early December and added to the Exception List. We are still waiting to have many of the issues resolved.

The floor plan was awesome & the superintendent was great to work with. He is very knowledgable.

The build was late. 2 months after living in the house and we have NEVER had a working microwave. Issues have been outstanding since moving in, week after week we’re told ‘it will be done this week’ and nothing ever ends up happening. It makes it worse that these are minor issues that could all be done within an hour or 2. It’s annoying as it is a prime example that KB hire works with poor workmanship that obviously don’t take pride in their work, these items were obviously also overlooked by the management who should have picked it up.
