Super helpful and thorough

I was very nervous going into buying my very first home and never imagined it would be a brand new construction home! All of the KB staff was very helpful and constantly checking in on me making sure everything was good even after I already moved in! I’d like to specifically make a shout out to Jerí and James who did an exceptional job with helping me buy and build my first home. Couldn’t have done it without them and couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you all!

We had a wonderful experience and love our new house!

We were fortunate enough to drive in the community and enter the sales office. By the time we left we had put a contract in on a home that we wanted. KB Home had the floor plan that met our wants, a sales counselor that was very helpful throughout the entire building construction as well as a Construction Supervisor that also kept us informed on the progress. These two men are fantastic. The woman at the design center was so helpful so with these three people we are now enjoying the home we dreamed of. You can't go wrong with KB Home!

We are absolutely happy with the purchase of our home. We were able to pick out nearly everything we wanted and stayed within our budget. The KB Home staff was wonderful and proactively addressed any issues or concerns that came up along the process. We couldn't ask for anything more.

We have great experience buying our home with KB homes. From day one, Vicky was very informative and answered all of our questions, she sends us pictures every week. Not only Vicky was very helpful, but the other people who works at kb home. For example, Vivian, Mark and the design studio team. One of the things we loved from the day one is that we were able to customize our home by adding extras like a 3rd bathroom in the four bedroom in a reasonable price. I had a great experience buying a hole from KB.

My home is beautiful, and exactly as I wanted. There were a couple of hiccups in the building process, but they always responded quickly and fixed whatever the issue was. Now that I've lived here for almost 2 months I've noticed some small things that needed attention, and they have still responded quickly, and they have not given me any grief about fixing anything. I love the neighborhood as well because it is small and no CDD fees. Overall, I am very satisfied with my choice to go with KB Homes and I absolutely love my home.
