Love the house. Steve, the construction manager, has been the best part of it all.

The entire process was made easy from the sales to home store to construction manager to financing. The process was explained by sales in the beginning and they never missed a beat. Would recommend to others

To slow building houses, that’s why people turn around and change their mind to buy a property. The finish touch of the properties are not professionally, such as back slight door not safe and get misplace every time is opening, worst outside water plumbing connection to the house, faucets, no compact flat terrain with the grass, ship materials to build up a house. Etc.

The salesman for the site did an outstanding job keeping me informed and up to date on the final stages of the construction. He provided pictures and videos as well as weekly phone calls. He(Ramon) was instrumental in the financial side ,locating finance options when the one with KB home was exhausted. He is the very best at what I does.
