I guess im one of the unlucky one that the house built close to oak tree. Backyard now fill with leaves and eventually my roof will be, too.

Management at KB Homes were very unhelpful and inefficient. Problems still persist with home more than 3 months after closing and the company is slow and inefficient in their resolution.

At first they were very on top of issues, as more issues arise after living in the house it took longer and a littler hard to get things accomplished - especially the first time

The house is good but there are some issues that have to be address on the inside
