We had no issues with the builder but some issues with work completed by the tradesman. We had several issues at closing but the warranty team is great and got everything taken care of for us.

Everything was awesome except KB Home Loans. They did not perform no were near the same ***** of excellence as the rest of the KB Home Building Team, such as sales, design, construction, etc. This was my 2nd KB Home in my lifetime and that's why I came back to KB because of my past experience with them 20 years prior. My recent experience with KB Home Loans was very much a K-Mart type experience. The rest of the KB Team made it a personal enounter. If it was not for Sales, Design, and Construction teams, I would have walked away. The incentive KB Home Loans offers if you use them is not worth the frustration. I have excellent credit and they were offering me products I did not want nor asked for in addition to costing more money. I had 3 different loan officers due to the lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism, and lack of communication. KB ***** will sell your loan and there after the sale customer service is less than marginal. I am a military and ***** enforcement veteran. If KB Home Loans made this a ***** experience. I would have been elated instead of disappointed. The KB Warranty people are on point and will take care of you. I would still recommend a KB Home if you utilize your own lender. Do your homework, research and ask questions before you commit to a contract. Be informed and stay educated in the home purchasing process. Landscape quality has been poor, some spots around the house could have been done better

Working with my sales representative was good he kept me informed on the status of my home the studio picking out our choices was fun wasn’t to pleased with the siding that they use when I researched kb homes on the internet it said they exclusively use cement fiber board but that is not what I got overall we really like our home it’s going to take some time and money to get the house to where I thought it was going to be when we bought

The process of loan application was a bit painful. Seemed like we were doing our part as for providing documentation. But never seemed to be enough. We did struggle through and was finally approved.

Doors, sink, garbage disposal were a major problem to get fixed even 2 months after signing.

Excellent experience throughout the entire process

The sales team, the construction team, the subcontractors, the design team, everyone is on point in this organization. We got a great home with no issues at a reasonable price. Looking at several builders in the Boise area, the quality and finishes were just not at the same quality as KB. I watch home inspection videos on You Tube frequently and seeing what is found made me want to hire someone to check out if what I was seeing and experiencing was just surface level. We’ve now lived in our home for about 2 months and it has been amazing. Throughout the whole process, our sales agent, Ryan, was absolutely amazing. He made sure to update us with every change and new stage, shared tons of pictures, was there to help us with everything we needed, and made the overall process so smooth. Since moving in, we’ve had a few small warranty claims and Jaycee has been so quick to respond to them and get them taken care of. We truly could not have asked for a better experience buying our first home and are so appreciative of everyone at KB!

my home was completed on time with all the design features in place. Along the way there was one glitch with the color of tile grout which was corrected within a week. The correction was completed probably a month before my move-in date

It has been a very nice experience. I have several children in the design, construction, etc business and they kept a close eye on the construction. Their overall opinion was I was getting a nice solid home. Their weekly communication was very good. Meetings with the construction supervisor were very informative and insightful. The design team was very patient. The finance team went above and beyond helping me assemble all the paperwork that was needed.

Save yourself some headache and just go buy a CBH. Superintendent and tradesman don’t care about you or what they’re doing. I have missing splotches of paint in my house. I had a 3’x3’ drywall patch upon move in that looked like I did myself. Not a single straight line anywhere. Carpet is already peeling up. Terrible workmanship and an absolute lack of craftsmanship.

Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. The crew with KB Maple Hill are amazing people. Having a sales and building team that walk side by side with you through the entire process and worrying about the details as much as the consumer is a major deal.

I love my new house! I do not like my front yard, it's 3/4 bark instead of grass... very disappointing

They do a terrible job they only do things halfway and they smile in your face saying there gonna get it taken care of but they don’t. You find anything wrong with your house they don’t fix it. When I say they do jobs halfway I mean it,when you ask them to fix something they fix it but it’s a terrible fix or it’s not painted and just the mud on the wall no paint etc. I’ve told them about multiple things I wanted changed while in the building process. But they said they were going to fix it but they actually never did. The customer service sucks. Not to mention you have to say things like 50 times for them to even do it. And the worst part is they have you go sign the title and pay your down payment before you get your final walk-through of the house of the things that were supposed to be fixed I will never buy another KB Home. ... Purchasing a KB Home was the easiest and most satisfying experience I've had buying a home. Greg walked me through my home and I signed the sales agreement within 15 minutes. He was with me from the purchase to closing. Still smiles and waves whenever he sees me. Every KB Home team member I spoke with, text, emailed or met in person were EXCEPTIONAL like Greg. They strive for perfection. They exceed every step of the way.

Did not see my house in person until the day we moved in and it was even better and more beautiful then the pictures we had!!

Great everyone was fantastic and great to work with

We are so happy with our home that we want to spend time in it. Between work and life we find ourselves away. The weekends have meaning now that we can be home. The sales staff, the builders, and the folks checking to address any issues we have had (which have been minor) are great to associate with! The whole KB team have been genuinely interested in our happiness and satisfaction for which we are.

My first home-buying experience with KB Home was incredibly fantastic and positive. The process was organized, straightforward and efficient, with consistent communication at every stage. I always knew what to expect next, and they delivered on their projected completion date. Thank you.

The sales team was incredible in keeping me updated with the progress of my home. The construction foreman was AMAZING in taking the time to walk through everything with me and my realtor. Truly very happy with my overall experience with KB and would highly recommend them as a builder
