Item was damaged upon move in. The solution was to fix it, after that it would be replaced. Took awhile to fix. It was not a good repair, shoddy work by the trade. I asked for it to be replaced because that was the initial statement by the foreman and was told that the trade would have to come back to fix again but they were not wanting to come back. Weird response. I told him to forget it. I will apparently have to fix it myself.

We've had a positive experience with KB Home. The staff were responsive and helpful throughout the process. Although a few walkthrough items remained unfinished, everything was handled well overall. KB Home delivered our home on time, completing it by July as promised. We're happy with the quality, value, and our decision to purchase.

I was concerned about build quality and reliability because of the post pandemic shortages of trades folks and material supplies and all that. I was told that the foreman is the key. KB came with great value in a great neighborhood in *****. The included features were really thoughtful for living in the area. Making design center choices was a little clunky, but they should get software to fix that. The consultant was really nice and helpful. The foreman turned out to be great too. My independent inspector said the build was solid and the site lead / foreman was elite in the valley. So I had a great experience. There are KB employees in Vegas that made it that way, so like any other American company, it may not always come together. But I for one am happy with KB in Sin City! ... More

Just about all of the KB Home employees we have met have been great to work with. Currently working through carpet pad and sub-floor quality issues for almost 2 months now.

Loan officer asked us at least 10 times about a rental property over 30 years ago, sales rep used car rep at best

I started with the sales office, my sales rep was *****, he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. ***** made sure to pay attention and o every detail and gave weekly updates and even more updates and reminders with deadlines. Once I reached the design studio portion I worked with a woman name Rachel she was very kind and detailed, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable and sure.
