Thank you to everyone on the KB team. From start to finish everyone was so helpful and easy to talk to. We love our new home and after shopping several other builders we are very glad we went with KB.

My experience from start to finish was f*****less. I started with the sales office, my sales rep was *****, he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. ***** made sure to pay attention and o every detail and gave weekly updates and even more updates and reminders with deadlines. Once I reached the design studio portion I worked with a woman name Rachel she was very kind and detailed, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable and sure. The person who over seen it all was ***** with the construction portion he was sure to provide updates, handled and concerns and always returned my calls or text messages, if ***** gave you a date or deadline he was sure to meet it. ... Devin (home building) and Annie (Loans) were amazing!

We were disappointed about the lack of a lighting in the den. The lighting in the bedroom near the front of the house was in the hallway and closet instead of the main bedroom. There was no cable connection is the same bedroom.

Overall, it was great experience! Kathryn did an amazing job from day one. Jesse was great explaining things within the home where things were located down to the warranty's. I would recommend KB and I would buy another investment property with KB which I will more than likely be doing.

My experience was great. From my loan person james to the superintendent paul. Also the first person we encountered which was linda.great communication during the process. Love my home my community.

Sherry at KB helped us out so much, we could ask anything (sometimes we felt silly with simple questions) but no question was silly at all. Great answers, clear with explanations, and also fantastic suggestions to help us complete our plans for the future. We love the styles, designs and options KB has to offer. Wes and stuff have been very helpful as well with the walk thru, explanations and tips for our new home. Quick communication and response was the norm, and that's always welcome. Yay KB!!

Number one they did not tell us that the lot we picked would be very noisey, full of homeless on the outside of our wall and shake the entire home all day and night. This was very wrong of your salesperson and KB in general. We have not been able to enjoy our home as we open our blinds and see homeless pooping in the wash and they are all over. The home shakes so much you can’t get any rest. The homeless have thrown things in our yard and we even had things stolen from our yard. The salespeople were nice in general but when we went to concern our issues they all of a sudden clammed up and said to take it up with upper management. This entire ordeal was very unprofessional. I will not ever tell anyone to buy a KB home. The superintendent Jesse has been very helpful although he should learn his products he is installing. We had questions he could not answer us. Tyler has helped us get some answers to our questions and he has been pushing for county to clear the homeless. We have called cops and they refuse to come out even when we see drug deals being made behind our home. The homeless have set 3 fires in the wash that we have had to call fire department. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Do better KB seriously. The way you bamboozled us into buying the home and not telling us the issues was not correct nor professional. Then when we were doing the loan we had so many people from KB loans emailing us we had no clue who was our representative. They also need to do better and not be rude to buyers. Between the superintendent, Sales, and the load department, the KB homes team was very helpful and offered great communication throughout the building process.

Everything about my home buying journey with KB was top notch from the very beginning until the end. Our salesperson Jackie walked us through every step and was always available for any and all questions. She gave us weekly updates and was a pleasure to work with. Our building superintendent Michael was a stickler for detail, he made sure our new home was exactly what we wanted.
