Great home buying experience. Everyone was helpful.

This is our First home buying experience and I can say from beginning to end it was Amazing! Our fist experience was with Linda at saddlebrook and she was A+ with being courteous, knowledgeable, just an all around great person. Then we had the opportunity to meet Steve and he was fun and knowledgeable as well. My Loan officer and processor My Ty & Vanessa were great! They crunched all the numbers and had it done in time for dinner. Our Constructing Manager Paul played no games to make sure our home was in top shape for closing. Rosa and Adela were amazing in keeping us informed and updated on the process. Every step they were available to assist. This is our second KB home and even though the process was slower due to material shortages the finished home was almost finished with care and quality.

They were all exceptional through this entire process truly cared about me and helped me answers d all my question since this was my first time buying a home and it couldn’t have been better without these three but a special shout-out to Michelle she truly gave me her all and I believe I was her greatest success story I have never been happier in my brand new beautiful home thank you ladies sooooo much

Everything from the very beginning of looking at the model homes with the salesperson, to the loan application process with the loan officers, to the studio selections process of options for the home, and the communication with the superintendent during the entire home build was outstanding. The entire team from start to finish made you feel like family which made the process exceptional.

There may have been some issues moving in, however, the onsite manager Dan was always responsive and followed through with his commitment to us when things needed to be checked out.

Took awhile due to the Pandemic and worker shortages but we love our new home! Best value out there! So glad we bought our beautiful home.

Our home buying experience started with Beth and John! Beth was very friendly and helpful keeping us updated throughout the process! I really liked how she took her time to take photos of the house progress and made sure John also kept up informed with the status of the build. We appreciate everything they have done!

KB new home was really good quality and very nice good location the move in was good everything was ready for us when the was finish..and staff member is really freindly and helpfull all the way at the end of the process. Really Good JOB
