Overall experience was very smooth.

KB builders is fantastic and reliable. My wife and I enjoy the home and felt the experience with KB was beyond our expectations. They are professionals and very responsive to any issues we bring up.

Would like to start by saying, "Thank You" (or "Mahalo!!!") to the whole KB Home team that made this happen. The whole process was tough and rough but the end results is a dream come true. Although, we are in Las Vegas, also referred to as the 9th Island, our home is our paradise. With the help of our Mortgage Originator, Annie and our KB Sales Rep, Jeffery who both were terrific and worked hard in working their magic to make this possible. We can't forget Melissa (KB Sales Rep) who also stepped in to help and answered our questions when Jeffery was out. The best process of it all was at the KB Design Studio where Lindsay was very helpful in helping us design our home with all the product selection we had to go through. Then came the closing...and Jackie was very helpful setting up a remote notary while we signed our closing documents in Hawaii. And the most exciting part of it all was the final move in. KB Home was a prefect build, could not ask for anything better. Devin (Project Manager) was extremely helpful after our move-in. Helping us get situated and answered all the questions we had and took care of the issues we occurred during our move-in. Devin has always been there to help out. We're still not done settling in our new home, since we are still in the process of moving but the experience we have with the entire KB Home Team is the best you could ever asked for. Home was delivered ahead of schedule. The entire staff from front to back end was very professional.

Overall the experience is a 10/10. The process was smooth and very easy to communicate with them. The house is exactly what I asked for. The staff from superintendent to customer service, to seller agent to everyone, really, were very responsive.

Thanks so much for getting me into my new home as fast as possible and helping me with any issues I’ve had quickly.

Home was build fast and as promised...had to to lot of upgrades so it's never the lowest price...but the process was fast and efficient...great sales and design staff.....do you own financing, kb financing is problematic.

Unfortunately my home was sold with many outstanding issues as I was told to stop pointing out issues prior to closing, the biggest of which was the unlevel floor (entire first floor). The fix involved moving my furniture outside and having cement poured and the floor installed again. This now two month process is still not entirely completed as I still have cement on my walls and blinds because of it. Other issues included drywall, plumbing, and windows/sliding glass door. Slowly getting resolved one by one all while I am still expected to pay a mortgage...

It was a great experience from start to finish.

Overall, I'd say I'm satisfied.

Ou home buying experience with KB Home was surprisingly easier than my husband and I thought. The process went smooth and less painful. All the staff members from different departments were wonderful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We are now very happy to have a quality smart home, energy saving and affordable home. Thank you for helping us make our dream (to have a house) come true. You all exceeded our expectations! More power to you all!

great, helpful staffs, amazing, proactive

The Total Team effort we received was Top Notch! Starting with our Sales Person, Clay, our Mortgage Person, Donna, and finally our field support with our super, John. All 3 were spectacular, I can't give them enough praise. All three were there for the entire process answering questions and supporting our journey through the new build process!

The builder forgot to put a vent in the master bath. It reached 115 degrees today. The master bath has not vent so it was just as hot. Contacted the builder to complain.

KB Home team made our home buying experience seamless. Everyone were responsive to our questions and concerns. We are from out of state and they kept us and our realtor in the loop at all times during the building process.
