From the moment you walk into the sales office everything is explained on the process. You are kept up to date on all steps of the construction along the way. Jesse the construction manager is available for questions, he has real concern on you questions and will put you at ease.

Buying a new home can be a scary thing. KB really goes out of their way to simplify and take the fear out of the purchasing process. The level of open communication between you the customer and the KB staff starting from Sales People through the entire home purchasing process down to the Superintendent of Construction during the entire construction. They sent weekly photos and updates during the build, so I wasn’t guessing what was being done. Now that I am moved in and have had a couple minor issues, the Customer Support Service for any warranty related fixes has been incredibly responsive and professional. From start to finish, our experience has been amazing. Sherry and Annette have always been responsive to all of our questions and concerns, keeping us updated through every phase of the build. After moving we had a few issues that both assisted in getting a quick response. Josh also stepped in when it became urgent and I was in tears as I could not work (electrical and cable issue) as I work from home and lost a day and half of work. It was less time then the original quote of a weeks response time for repairs. Overall, I would recommend KB Homes and absolutely loved working with Sherry and Annette. It was a great experience working with KB, they helped us on each step and made our buying experience great.

First of all, all of their staff made the experience truly worthwhile. From start to finish, each person guided us through each step of the process. There are many steps and departments that you must contend with, but each person we dealt with was super knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we got to the finish line. We now own a new, beautiful home. Proud to be owners of our KB home in a beautiful community.

We love our KB Home. As soon as we stepped into the model we knew this was “it”. We had been looking for some specific features and the home has them. The studio process was so fun! We enjoyed choosing the finishes that would truly make this house our home. It’s a neat experience to watch your home built from the ground up. Our Superintendent, Wes, was fun and extremely helpful.
