I am not happy with material and painting

5 stars from start to finish. Melissa in sales was extremely helpful, patient and answered all of our questions. We visited many new home communities and she’s the reason we purchased at Cooper ranch. She’s an asset to your team. Kim at the design studio is very knowledgeable and was never pushy at all just provided honest feedback on all options. Annie in lending is extremely smart and committed to her craft. No matter the time of day, holiday weekend, she always responded to emails very fast. Jason walked our home with us to ensure no detail was missed and was completed to perfection.

Nice and friendly. Very helpful. Awesome overall

Quality of work is kind of substandard. Stucco paint fell off in my front of the house. Laundry door is not shutting properly and misalign. A few items that was not being install during the walkthrough I have to go back to my list contract to provide those item. Nails found in our backyard . carpet installation not install properly and some other issues not to mention. Noted that this is my 2nd KB home that I purchase probably my last one. In fairness Troy, Chad and Klay are very helpful and professional.

Construction took nearly a year. After the move in, there were tons of issues- The builder did not install the correct window in our son’s room and they had to cut the window out and re-install a new one. They made a mess and it took a week for the project to be finished. The power went out for a 1/3 of our home and it wasn’t considered an “emergency”, therefore was not fixed immediately. The loan people at KB were also dishonest and did not act professionally. There were several other issues as well. Overall, KB does not seem to care about their customers. My flooring started lifting when exposed to high temperatures. Leaks under all sinks and my heater was missing a lid.

It was. Great experience, from the minute you walked into the sales office until they handed you the keys . They were always very responsive.

Our Sales Rep & Superintendent were PHENOMENAL. They were both very responsive, worked with us as best they could within whatever limitations were present and kept us in the loop at all stages.

Efficient, conscientious and perfect service

The entire experience was second to none. We had excellent service with our agent Alex. He kept us up to date weekly with the building of our home either by text messages, pictures, or both. He explained the process very well and was knowledgeable. Our relationship with the finance team was outstanding. Rui walked us thru the prequalification process and explained every step with great detail. After she left, we had great customer service with Christina and Michelle. They made assisted us in explaining anything that may have concerned us. Our building superintendent John has been great in walking us thru the house during the build and after and getting things fixed to our satisfaction. SHE HAD HELPED ME WITH PRINTING , SUBMITTING MY DOCUMENTS BECAUSE MY COMPUTER WAS DOWN. AND I WAS OVERSEAS. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR QUALITY STANDARDS I HAVE NOW A BEAUTIFUL DREAM HOME. Great customer service in all departments - Can't expect better!

Vanessa and Mike were incredible and truly made our experience wonderful. Vanessa explained things along the way and Mike always kept us up to date during the build. Both represented KB Homes very very well!

Vanessa was our sales person and she was THE BEST, absolutely amazing. She walked us through the whole process and was always there to answer all of our questions. She took all the stress out of our home buying experience. Love her !!!

The KB home team are so professional. They disclosed everything upfront and that’s very important as a buyer. The time of completions are very accurate. Quality of the the construction of the house is very good. All the warranties they offered are amazing, even with the third parties like the appliances and other systems in the house. The location of this track is just amazing. Easy access to freeways, schools and the airport. I’m extremely happy with my purchase experience!

Best experience ever buying a new home with KB

We had no idea what we were getting into… the process and the finished result was better than we expected. The community is so beautiful and so many things to do! We are in love with our place! The KB team explained everything to us all through the process. Shelly
