Klay was very convincing and one of the reasons why we bought a KB Home. Brian was very honest and always keeping us updated on the volatile interest rate and advised us on locking the rate before it went higher. John was very accomodating and meticulous during the costruction phase. He caught contractor's mistake and got them fixed so it won't delay the completion and move in dates. John was also very responsive in getting the punchlists and warranty items taken cared of. We had an overall great experience with our KB Home buying process.

When my husband and I became interested in buying a home with KB we had heard great reviews about them and we were excited to work with them as well. We did not like the fact that we were assigned to one lender before signing to buy and then she was changed without our consent or prior warning. It seems like KB has the professional lender that presented well to sell but then change to another person that doesn’t care or get to know you/family. Very unprofessional and don’t like playing these games just to make a sell.

Mike (Realestate sales rep) and Donnie (superintendent) over at SageGlen LasVegas are phenomenal professionals who assisted I making the building process so seamless. We are very appreciative and fortunate to have had these gentlemen be part of our process; my wife and I enjoyed every step. We cannot thank them enough as well as KB as a whole. Thank you all for your shear dedication and commitment to establishing not just partnership but rather a meaningful relationalship with us. Very happy with our mew home!

This is my first house, so everything is new to me but Jason is always help me and nice.

Good and very nice community

The cabinets are really poor quality. I was very disappointed with my cabinet installation. The white countertops are also stained from construction materials, I've been trying to clean these stains for over a month and they're still there (circle suction cup marks, caulk residue, scratches from tools). It felt like the cabinets had already been used and all the screws in the doors are loose and about to fall out.

I loved working with Jennifer Money and Dan to purchase my new property in Inspirada. They were so lovely to work with and really helped me throughout the entire process. They were available to talk whenever I had a question, they were responsive, helpful, and always smiling.

We had such an amazing process from start to even after move in. Rosa from day one was super helpful and open communication consistently with weekly updates. I constantly harassed her with all my ridiculous questions and concerns and she was always so gracious with her responses. During the walk through both John and Eric were direct and helpful. Even after I moved in, I had silly small issues but they were immediately addressed and resolved. It was a great first time new build process for us.

Sean, Jennifer, Stephanie and Noland have did an excellent job with getting the as well as checking on us to make sure we are satisfied with our home purchase. I must say , WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED...

Great and welcoming! Helpful information and good responsiveness with staff. Sometimes it took a minute or an extra call/email for response but did get back to me with all my questions, and was always available. Workmanship and materials could use a bit of work but expected as a company building multiple houses at once. As a first time home buyer buying a new build, it was a great experience. Overall satisfied and happy with my buy. Thank you!

Was able to purchase home after being selected in lottery. I was very excited but Immediately I was rushed and pressured with threats of losing opportunity to buy the house if I didn’t act on multiple request within hours and days after. I was working and traveling and couldn’t dedicate my days to completing every request within hours after being selected for a lottery I didn’t know I was going to win. I wanted to explore other financing opinions other than KB and was bombarded by pushy sales people who called multiple times a week. I felt they created obstacles for me to use an outside lender making me submit extra credit credits and application to KB lender who I didn’t intend to use just so they could force me into hearing what they could offer. My information was also given to 3rd parties who called me constantly which annoyed me to no end. When market for housing began to deteriorate and prices and values were going down I wanted to renegotiate the cost especially since I was told the house would be completed in approximately 6 months and it was approaching a year I didn’t want to be underwater before I even got into the home. I was told I could only get a discount by switching to KB financing which I never intended but was pressured into. When the VA did an appraisal of my home which came back the house was valued less than the loan amount KB asked me to pay a 16k difference which made no sense and threatened again to not sell us the house and take the earnest money. I felt my agent who is a close family friend who was speaking for me and acting in my best interest wasn’t always being talked to with the respect I felt she deserved. About a month before closing I was laid off and KB showed lack of compassion for my situation and used it as a bargaining chip against me trying to get me to pay extra fees for closing being delayed a couple weeks despite the building process being behind 5 plus months. Which should have been a happy time in my family’s life seemed like a stressful rollercoaster with me doubtful that closing would even happen because of the pressure, negotiations and distrust I had developed for KB who would often surprise me with misc fees, obstacles, threats, delays and constant excuses. ... Overall we’re happy of our brand new house.

I have bought a couple of homes in my lufe and this by far was the vest experience. The consistent communication from the KB offices, finance and project manager were great. The customer service to resolve issues post closing is impressive as well.

Close to perfect but once we moved in the responsiveness to issues stop. I’ve never heard from the manager. Hire a 3rd party inspector before closing to get the import bigger stuff taking care of before moving in. Overall the staff I worked with on day to day are amazing. (Loan officer & sales are amazing)

If we could give 10 stars we would! Jordan & Kat are the best! They went above and beyond in working with us and our Realtor to get the best price and options available at the time. They also sent weekly email updates and called or text us with updates. Took about 10 months from signing to receiving our keys. Weekly updates as well as in person meetings went well. Nik our KB Foreman was EXCELLENT and above and beyond for customer service. Any requests we had he completed in a timely manner. There was nothing Nik could not do or any of his crew. The KB Construction crew is very hardworking and responsive to issues! They have a ton of work on their hands at all times and can still find the time ensure all homebuyer needs are satisfied. They also reach out to make sure that tasks are finished when workers are sent to complete tasks.

The Sales team update with me weekly and never skip the routine. the quality of the home is exactly what I expect. I have an excellent experience with KB Home !

some things were sloppy on the build, wall was not done very well , bricks not aligned some bricks chipped, light on the porch painted over , stucco splattered on the wall of the yard and some splattered on front of the house and painted over. water pressure not very good.

it was a nice buying experience and the staff are really nice
