This is my 3rd KB Home. When I decided to move, I know where to look, KB., the reasons being: 1. I believe in the quality of KBHomes. 2. The employees that I met are professional, very easy to deal with. 3. The buying process, from beginning until you are moved in is so smooth & easy.

Very professional staff, helpful, concerned (before and after), extremely knowledgeable. Always available to answer questions and concerns timely. Communicate and responsive. Very nice and ideal area to raise children. Delivery was smooth and fast.

Jayson Is the best!! What really impressed me was if Jason said he be there at noon he was there. That meant a lot to Jim and I because we had to make time from our jobs to go there. I would highly recommend Kb builders.

Timely, Streamlined and straught forward process of home buying.

KB homes provided me a truly rewarding home buying experience. Linda, the sales agent started it with her smile and caring attitude. Laila and Ana with their help in loan processing. Paul with his constant monitoring of the construction and Alberto of customer service. I may have missed some names to mention but KB homes staff really went the extra mile and made my buying a truly memorable one.

Floor planning is nice, and people is kind

I had a wonderful team to assist me with the home buying process as first time homeowner! The sales team, loan officer, and construction overseer assisted me with a brand new home and made sure I was prepared and ready for the move in day.

Starting with sales, Jared was best and very professional. Lending, Sandy did her best to approve my loan. Maintainance, John and Albert quickly response and get the work done. I will try my best to buy another house from k.b home
