My loan officer Vanessa Francis was beyond amazing. I loved working with her, she was the only reason I didn’t pull out of my deal. I’ll never purchase another KB home.

As a first time home owner, the entire buying process was great! We get weekly updates from our Sales Representative which is awesome. And our project manager/Superintendent met up with us every now and then.

Many cosmetic and quality control issues at walkthrough that have still yet to be addressed even after filing warranty claims

It is a lovely place to live!

Did care for the loan process. Came into home three months left of building, As someone backed out of purchase. The lay out I have, I don’t care for. Not as functional as it should be. The work was rushed. Not worth the price I paid. In a situation I was in, I was ready just to have a home and I settled. KB could be better, my first home build from them was good. Not this time around. The maintenance supervisor, Glen, watching over the build process is great and helpful. That’s my only positive experience this time around.

Just make sure to be very attentive

The overall process has been amazing. I love the communication and the sound excellent customer service especially from Travis and Jesse. We are so happy to call this place our first home and recommend to our friends and other first time home buyers!

From the start to finish the sales staff to the project manager everything was great. Updates were frequent and any problems were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. This is the second home we bought with KB and our first experience was great and this one was even better

Amazing experience from start to finish. It was a bit discouraging at first trying to get a lot from the lot lotto. Just don't give up, it will happen. My salesperson Jen was amazing and super helpful and my superintendent Noland was there anytime I needed something. He was also amazing. The design studio experience was super fun getting to pick out all the finishes. I went a bit crazy with the upgrades but it was well worth it. Gives it more of a custom built feel Highly recommend KB and absolutely love my new home

I overall had a good experience with KB homes. Michelle and Holly with KB loans are both amazing. They’re diligent and quick to respond. They deserve more than 10 stars. Our home is so beautiful. Truly appreciate Louis, Tyler and their entire team for their hard work. We had a setback with our house finishing on time but Louis and Tyler worked hard to get us in our house sooner. I also appreciated Louis keeping us updated on pending orders while making sure we were content with everything. KB homes also has a 10 year warranty which I didn’t have with my old builder. Robert is easy to talk to and kept us updated on our claims. We’re in love with our forever home! ... More
