Great home buying experience with KB Home.

Floor planning is nice, and people is kind

I had a wonderful team to assist me with the home buying process as first time homeowner! The sales team, loan officer, and construction overseer assisted me with a brand new home and made sure I was prepared and ready for the move in day.

Starting with sales, Jared was best and very professional. Lending, Sandy did her best to approve my loan. Maintainance, John and Albert quickly response and get the work done. I will try my best to buy another house from k.b home

We had a great experience with buying our first home with KB. Steve and the rest of the sales staff at Montecito were very helpful and accommodating. We also used Ryan as part of the KB mortgage loan team to walk us through the process of the actual purchase. He helped us every step of the way.
