This was an amazingly enjoyable home buying experience. The staff from my salesperson Travis, loan officers Gina and Tracy and the general contractor Jesse kept me informed and I did not have any surprises or disappointments. KB having their design center visit as part of the process was awesome. It was there that I got to personalize and create my beautiful home with the help of Lindsey and Penny. It was there also where I saw the top quality of the materials that would be put into my home. Love my home and.this spacious and mountain view Saddlebrook community.

The construction staff is awesome Rueban is a true god to your company he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good and the sales staff are awesome just because they sold a house doesn’t mean they not responsive they are there for anything also don’t let me for get about Leslie she made sure my purchase was smooth. This is our 2nd KB Home purchase within 3 years. We had a wonderful experience the 1st time and wanted an investment property close to us.

Overall experience was great. No builder is perfect, but it’s how they respond and present themselves. Pricing was better than the others and our ability to customize our home set them apart from the rest.
