From start to finish, KB was amazing. We are so pleased with our new home and especially with the whole team. This is our third home purchase from KB and there is a reason we are back.

From the very beginning, the process was amazingly efficient. All of the employees were incredibly helpful and answered any and all questions.

My experience with KB Home at Quail Cove in Summerlin was truly exceptional. I honestly didn’t think I would qualify, but my sales agent John encouraged me to apply and reassured me there would be no harm to my credit. Thanks to his support and the dedication of the KB Home Loan team, I was able to get into my dream home. I chose the 2226 floor plan with phenomenal upgrades and now enjoy a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains. Even better, my home was completed in mid-December instead of the originally estimated mid-January timeframe, which gave me extra time to move in before leaving my rental. I love my new house

The entire KB crew of Jackie, Michael, Deni and others made this a great buying experience and we overcame any hurdles and found solutions (i.e. allowing us to purchase under our LLC etc.). They all did their job professionally and all had excellent communication and timeliness. We bought with KB as you allow the homebuyer so many options when designing the home and interior. We will recommend KB Homes to others. The only poor experience we found during the process was with First American Title and would recommend that KB homes finds another provider for these services. Communication could of been better and the payment to our relator was delayed substantially. ... More

KB make it really easy for us through the whole process.

As this is our second star rating survey that I am receiving. The list of issues that haven't been fixed and new issues continue to pop up. My family and I are trying to enjoy our new home, it turns out there's something new popping up that needs to be fixed and other issues have to wait because we were told there will be a 1 year walk through for items to be looked at or fixed. Giving just two examples. Example One would be: drywall, texture and paint. Second example would be: the AC unit out side is dented and broken in which something had fallen on it when the roof was being installed). A lot of our items were brought up before the NHO and on NHO appointment and still haven't been fixed or were told they can't be corrected. Items were passed on to the next person, ignored or moved path from our concerns. ... More

Everything went smoothly. Be careful during the home inspection; there may be some minor issues that need to be fixed. The builder will help resolve the issue quickly.

I am so impressed with the quality, dedication, professionalism, and communication along with a great value for the price I paid for my new KB Home I had an exceptional sales, loan and builder team collaboration that walked with me through the entire process start to finish and beyond! My son, and I bought a home together. We loved the idea of a “new build.” We did not create our home from the ground up, but, we did find a “move in ready” property. We had a seamless experience, because of that. Amanda walked us through the property, and was in full contact with us, as well as my agent, throughout the whole purchasing process. She was just an email, or even a phone call, away. Still is!!! Jesse, the superintendent, did a thorough walk through with me, and showed me all of the features, and how they worked. I needed repair to my garage door, and Jesse handled that for us in less than a week. Everyone we have encountered, on our home buying journey, has been informative, caring, thorough, and trustworthy. Overall the building process was better than we anticipated. Communication and follow up was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and were very pleased with the final outcome.

My sales agent Vanessa was great. Gina loan agent was amazing and Henry the superintendent was great. Always right there to answer question and made sure things got corrected in a timely manner. Customer Service needs work

The team I worked with was amazing. They made my home purchasing experience a good one. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I had. I had minor cosmetic concerns with the home, but nothing major. Besides, the superintendent was quick to respond to those concerns. Overall, I am happy.
