Everyone from the Sales Agent at the time we came here to look, to signing the contract, to the experience at the design center, to the actual building and delivery of our home has been wonderful. We love love love our home, and KB has been very responsive to the few issues we had upon moving in. Small items like an outside light not working and a scratch on a window, BOTH taken care of quickly and perfectly!

This is a beautiful community of townhomes and homes. Amber, in sales, and Eric, the super, are both very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel the design of the neighborhood, exterior and especially the interior of the home are well thought out. So many features and energy efficient too. I moved in over a month ago and I'm just as pleased today as I was the day I moved in. Definitely proud to own a KB Home.

Options available are great! If you are a visual person like me, make sure you ask questions about them and have a clear understanding of the options that you are seeing in the model homes so that when you are selecting the options for your home that you get the ones that you really want. Questions to ask: Is this option (from the model) offered in the home we have chosen? Are there any differences in the option from what we see in the model to that which will be placed/built in our home? How does the model differ from the paper layout of the house in the brochures? I purchased my new home and moved from out of state. The entire process was pretty seamless considering I wasn't here to do anything in person. Everyone was extremely helpful in answering my questions and keeping me updated from the very beginning of the sale, to closing and afterwards. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but doing it while we are under stay at home orders was even more stressful.
