The service and communication with the superintendent and the sales team was great. The only reason I had given 4 stars in one of the categories is quality of workmanship. The labor team could be a bit more clean (making holes in the wall that are not patched up, leaving tons of debris in the window sill that it wouldn't close) I told the superintendent and he got right on it, so it was all resolved.

This is our First home buying experience and I can say from beginning to end it was Amazing! Our fist experience was with Linda at saddlebrook and she was A+ with being courteous, knowledgeable, just an all around great person. Then we had the opportunity to meet Steve and he was fun and knowledgeable as well. My Loan officer and processor My Ty & Vanessa were great! They crunched all the numbers and had it done in time for dinner. Our Constructing Manager Paul played no games to make sure our home was in top shape for closing. Buying our first home with KB is one of our favorite memories. The process was super simple, Kb works not only as a team but as a family! If had to move or buy again, It would definitely be with KB.

The buying experience was great. However, I placed a couple of work orders in and haven't received a response. It's been a couple of weeks.

Before I gave a satisfied rate, everybody related my home was so nice and kind and took care of my complaint. However, after rating, they 1) IGNORE ME 2) BROKEN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE OR EXCUSE 3) SENT WORKERS WITHOUT NOTICE OR INFORM EVEN VERY EARLY MORNING 4) TOOK ALMOST 4 MONTHS JUST SCUREWED SOMETHING 5) LET BROKEN MASTER BED WINDOW OPEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS THAT ALLOWED CONSTRUCT DUST CAME INTO MY HOUSE. Finally, I give up complaint more, because I do not trust them and I do not have more energy to wait them.

Steven was helpful, informative, and forthcoming from day one. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to answer all my questions and address every concern.

Rosa and Adela were amazing in keeping us informed and updated on the process. Every step they were available to assist. This is our second KB home and even though the process was slower due to material shortages the finished home was almost finished with care and quality.

Salesman was awesome, he sent us weekly updates, even through shortages of supplies and labor. Time at the design of 2 hours too short, another hour would’ve been satisfactory. Loan process with KB loans was stressful. Final walk through was good, but a few issues that were addressed is still in the works. All in all, everyone was professional.

They were all exceptional through this entire process truly cared about me and helped me answers d all my question since this was my first time buying a home and it couldn’t have been better without these three but a special shout-out to Michelle she truly gave me her all and I believe I was her greatest success story I have never been happier in my brand new beautiful home thank you ladies sooooo much

Everything from the very beginning of looking at the model homes with the salesperson, to the loan application process with the loan officers, to the studio selections process of options for the home, and the communication with the superintendent during the entire home build was outstanding. The entire team from start to finish made you feel like family which made the process exceptional.

Overall, the process was smooth and easy.

There are too many wonderful players to name. Overall experience was great. From the start everyone has been delightful; Linda, Paul, Gina, Virginia and John. The home was designed and certainly finished on schedule as predictable and promised. Any commitment made were kept. Thank you , Team Kb
