Very good customer service. Buying a home now is hard and the process went through smoothly.

Houses are built so fast that measurement is so off.

There may have been some issues moving in, however, the onsite manager Dan was always responsive and followed through with his commitment to us when things needed to be checked out.

Check EVERYTHING on final walk-through. Do all the windows work? Does the doorbell work? Does the irrigation system work? If multi-level, how does the HVAC for each floor interact with the controllers? Reinspect after a couple of weeks.

Took awhile due to the Pandemic and worker shortages but we love our new home! Best value out there! So glad we bought our beautiful home.

Our home buying experience started with Beth and John! Beth was very friendly and helpful keeping us updated throughout the process! I really liked how she took her time to take photos of the house progress and made sure John also kept up informed with the status of the build. We appreciate everything they have done!
