I have nothing but good things to say about KB Homes. I never thought buying a home can be so easy! Everyone on the team was amazing!

Easiest process I have ever been through!

Rick and Laura are the two people I was in contact with throughout the entirety of the process all the way from the loan process, information on the neighborhood, and lastly the build. They were great and answered all my question in a very detailed and were also very prompt to responding to all my questions. I would gladly recommend KB homes to my friends and family.

Enjoy the progress of your home and ask questions as it is being built. Splurge on a few extras. The finished product KB Home delivers is worth the wait. Hector our Salesman & Greg the Construction manager were great to work with start to finish. We have 2 concerns for KB. 1) your painters are subpar. We had to really push to get them to cover all their missed areas. I strongly recommend you get a new company to protect your reputation. 2) Keep a dumpster, broom, and dust pan around for the framers & sheet rock crew to clean up at the end of each day. From start to finish, the purchase process with kb was simple. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. In the end we have a beautiful home and we are proud to have gone with kb.

I LOVE my KB Home! This is the third home I've owned, but my first new construction. I was always a little wary of what that process would be like, afraid that home builders may not be worried about looking out for my needs. Working with KB Homes couldn't have been further from the that very wrong assumption. The entire process was so easy and the sales team consistently communicated with me, making my move into the home seamless. Once I moved in, the house has been amazing and the KB team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I've had.

Overall it was a great experience.

We have had some issues with our Garage door some times working sometimes not & the contractor dies not want to either fix it or replace it Plus we have had issues with the smart thermostat not connecting with the app & not thereby smart once again not being supported by the contractor these issues need to be corrected with contractor interface

We recently purchased and absolutely love our new KB Home. From inside to out the craftsmanship is beautiful. Every step of the purchase and build was easy and enjoyable and the staff were always so friendly and great to work with. Would highly recommend!

very helpful and responsive to homebuyers concern

We had a construction manager that kept us involved throughout the construction process and stayed in touch months after we moved in. Lee did great for us.

Had a great experience with the Lianna team. Steve and Eleonora are amazing together and separately. With their help I was able to get my first home and I don’t regret anything.

My house is a beautiful work of art. Simple and elegant. Overlooking the sparkling lights of the Las Vegas strip.The overall home buying was amazing because of Amber (sales rep) and Eric who walked me through the process from purchasing to moving in. Their service were above 100% "First Class Customer Service". And I am proud to be an owner of a KB Home.

Easy process and love the house. Out home is comfortable and roomy for a family of 5.
