Great Builder. Great customer service.

Every staff member was very helpful, supportive, and respectful since the beginning of the sales experience all the way to the walk through in the end. They even communicated with us every month during the construction of our new home, giving us updates on what phase our home was in as it neared closer to completion. Having this great team of people working on it all made buying our new home an exciting experience for us.

Ruben does an excellent job of explaining things and he's very nice and volunteers his work without repercussions. He's quick on response and work.

From the start of the home buying process to move in the KB team was Top Notch throughout the entire process. I was kept up to date on every development from the loan processing, concrete pouring, framing, drywall etc. A great team, with a great company.

Robert, CJ, Brandon, JD, Joseph Tina, Zack All did a great job and beyond with there great customer service.

The entire process was fast and smooth.

We have minor things to take of but Craig was quickly to respond. The complimentary drinking water filtration that craig told us that we getting their people not getting in with us to install it I even follow on it still no respond so if you can follow up on it that would be great .thank you

Most everything is finished very well. But with all new homes, some touch up needs to be done.

We are very happy with our purchase. Our finished home is exactly as we expected. Any concerns we may have had were acknowledged and addressed to our satisfaction. Extremely qualified and courteous workers. Great work!

Jana from the beginning was energetic and flexible when we first shared our interest at Caledonia. She talked us through several lot options and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Check-in texts and welcoming us to walk our home during construction was a plus. Sherry was helpful walking the house and talking us through the best placement of the dog pass- through door. Lee was patient and open to our feedback during initial & final walk throughs. He was helpful explaining what needed to be accomplished once the keys were handed over.
