Overall I am very happy with my new home. I had several issues prior to my closing date and with it being a tight time frame between closing and having to move out of my previous living situation I had to let some stuff go that was never fixed, being told it would get done in 1-6 weeks. I have been at my property for almost 2 months now with none of that stuff getting remedied, but once that gets done I will be a lot happier.

Buying a new home can be a scary thing. KB really goes out of their way to simplify and take the fear out of the purchasing process. The level of open communication between you the customer and the KB staff starting from Sales People through the entire home purchasing process down to the Superintendent of Construction during the entire construction. They sent weekly photos and updates during the build, so I wasn’t guessing what was being done. Now that I am moved in and have had a couple minor issues, the Customer Support Service for any warranty related fixes has been incredibly responsive and professional. From start to finish, our experience has been amazing. Sherry and Annette have always been responsive to all of our questions and concerns, keeping us updated through every phase of the build. After moving we had a few issues that both assisted in getting a quick response. Josh also stepped in when it became urgent and I was in tears as I could not work (electrical and cable issue) as I work from home and lost a day and half of work. It was less time then the original quote of a weeks response time for repairs. Overall, I would recommend KB Homes and absolutely loved working with Sherry and Annette. The house at first looks good but when you pay attention to the details, you find the errors. they need to pay more attention to the final details

We have had a horrible experience and would not recommend using KB. Even after moving in, we still have so many issues that are taking forever to be addressed. We were told that any defects would be fixed within three days of our New Home Orientation, but here we sit about two months later and are still waiting for so many issues to still be fixed. Most of the issues are around sloppy work and cutting corners. Whoever worked on our house clearly doesn't have any pride in workmanship, and just rushed through their jobs hoping no one would complain. It is extremely disappointing to buy a new home in this condition, and is even more disappointing that they are taking so long to make things right. ... More

My house was way to rushed. My garage door doesn’t work, my porch lights don’t work, my cabinet hasn’t been fixed yet, and the painting on the house was pretty bad. Just wish my house wasn’t rushed i should have to many problems moving into a brand new house. Also no one answers the phone when i need things fixed

First of all, all of their staff made the experience truly worthwhile. From start to finish, each person guided us through each step of the process. There are many steps and departments that you must contend with, but each person we dealt with was super knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we got to the finish line. We now own a new, beautiful home. Proud to be owners of our KB home in a beautiful community.

Closing got pushed back 3x. Multiple issues during walkthrough that ended up with 3 walkthrough prior to closing. Continued issues with home even after closing

We had an amazing home buying experience. From our sales person to the design team up to our build superintendent. Everyone was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we felt good about our decision. Would definitely choose KB again if we bought/built another home.

Jen was great. She kept us informed on the progress. Our super, Noland was great too. He was great to work with.

We love our KB Home. As soon as we stepped into the model we knew this was “it”. We had been looking for some specific features and the home has them. The studio process was so fun! We enjoyed choosing the finishes that would truly make this house our home. It’s a neat experience to watch your home built from the ground up. Our Superintendent, Wes, was fun and extremely helpful.

Communication throughout the process was great. I had to give 4 stars for materials because I haven’t been in the house for a month and my dishwasher isn’t working already.
