I am glad we chose KB as our builder. Our house and community is beautiful. The staff took care of us.

We love the new home!! Iman was so warm and helpful in providing us weekly updates. She always called us back and helped resolved our issues in a timely matter! Devin is also great and extremely knowledgeable throughout the walk through process! He followed up and got all our items resolved at closing!!

Everyone I worked with made the experience an enjoyable one.

Our KB Homes buying and building experience was fantastic. All people involved were knowledgably, supportive, and caring. Sales agent was responsive and communicated weekly about the status of our house. All others involved were easy to get ahold of and eager to help and make any changes or explain everything.

Pat superintendent did not keep his word. I felt like we were forced to sign the final inspection papers. When we moved in electricity kept on going on and off. Maintenance or customer service will be a 2 for me

Staff is great and pleasant to work with.

It was exciting watching every phase of the house being constructed. When the time came to close and move in there were some issues that needed to be addressed which comes along with new construction. But I was very satisfied with Russell and Brandon addressing our issues in a timely manner. Overall KB gives a beautiful home for your money. I would use them again if I was in the market.

Very lousy customer service. The window in the living room was not squared. They say they were going to come and fix it but never showed up. Does not respond to calls and e-mails. Very frustrating.

Ben is the best, he answered all questions and followed through on all promises. We can't thank him enough for a smooth transaction in helping get our house finished and closed on-time, if not early.

She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were taken care of!

the house is great but the doors are small ,refrigerator,couch,treadmill and bigger appliances and furnitures won't fit .driveway is narrow and garage is small for 2 SUV or Vans .
