They were very upfront with everything, I was updated throughout the whole process. House is wonderful, great value.

The service and communication with the superintendent and the sales team was great. The only reason I had given 4 stars in one of the categories is quality of workmanship. The labor team could be a bit more clean (making holes in the wall that are not patched up, leaving tons of debris in the window sill that it wouldn't close) I told the superintendent and he got right on it, so it was all resolved.

Buying our first home with KB is one of our favorite memories. The process was super simple, Kb works not only as a team but as a family! If had to move or buy again, It would definitely be with KB.

We are so excited to be in our dream home. We had such a great experience with the sales staff, the design studio, and the construction team. Everyone made our happiness a priority!

Kb homes wad simply amazing! They offered the best and most transparent pricing of any lender that I was in contact with. Additionally, our closing happened on time and they were in touch the entire way leading up to it.

Communication throughout the process was great. I had to give 4 stars for materials because I haven’t been in the house for a month and my dishwasher isn’t working already.

We love the new home!! Iman was so warm and helpful in providing us weekly updates. She always called us back and helped resolved our issues in a timely matter! Devin is also great and extremely knowledgeable throughout the walk through process! He followed up and got all our items resolved at closing!!
