This today is a welcoming place to build and reside, in why I felt I should go ahead to buy this house.

KB Homes staff has been warm and supportive throughout the construction review and move-in process. They consistently have been informative and quick to respond to any questions or repair issues that need attention.

Like the community, wish there were more parks.

The "KB" staff is really awe some before, during and even after the home purchase. They keep every promise and go out of their way to enlighten and keep their customers happy in every step of the whole home buying process. Keep up the great work!!!

I was kept informed of the progress through texts and meetings and they encouraged site visits to track process. In the end all of the choices I made were implemented as promised. Some advice for those thinking about a new build. Demand information in advance on the choices you will be making in the design studio. You only have a short time and you are stuck with the decisions you make.

John and Beth were great through out the purchase process. It was that helped us with the purchase of both properties at Qail Cove, John also followed up weekly with progress reports and pictures of both properties from the ground up to completion and closing of the properties. My brother and I really appreciated his help when ever we had a question.

Kb homes is the best .

From the very beginning we experienced a very pleasant home buying process. Laura is just awesome, she kept in touch and updated us regularly on the process and progress of our new home. Our experience with the KB design center had a couple of hiccups but they were able to work them out and everything turned out just as we had planned. Our superintendent, Skott has been very responsive and helpful in everything we have needed him to do with our new home. KB Homes keep well connected with its clients. Their sales team kept me updated about the progress almost every week. Their Design team is very knowledgeable, helpful. They built the house weeks prior to the expected timeframe. One thing I like to suggest-- improve interior painting workmanship. Too thin coated paint makes it very flimsy and leave mark on the wall in case hit by even any soft bag. Few on-line video about how to complete warranty documentations, whom to contact (there are many parties involved--manufacturer, installer, KB reps) will help the home owners and reduce the number of phone calls to KB home CS. ... For the most part KB does a great job billing homes. I think there product could be better with few improvements like at least put a prime coat of paint on garage. Thank You KB for great experience of owning a new home..

Our builder Aron was very informative. Aron kept us informed of the building process. At of all the staff we interacted with the KB Family, Aron was the most responsive. We communicated so much that he almost felt like family. He will be missed.

My home buying experience at KB was top notch. The staff here treat you like family !! Laura in the sales office was awesome and so was Jason the superintendent here at Magnolia ranch. I highly recommend buying a KB home!!

We had a great experience from start to finish. KBHome made the purchase process very easy. Jana, our salesperson, updates us weekly on the progress even though we live 10 minutes from the property and regularly popped by. Even after closing, they reached out numerous times to make sure everything works at the house and there are no concerns or items that need attention. I would highly recommend KBHome. Thank you!

We are so excited that we went with KB homes. The communication was prompt with week to week updates, home was ready prior to estimated date, and staff was very friendly. We are confident with their hard work that brings peace of mind with their warranty program. The realtor for KB made this whole housing process easy, and the locked in APR rate was a huge plus with us not having to wait on purchasing a new home depending on the current market and interests rates.
