Sherry was fantastic as I have worked with her before purchasing my first home. It was a true blessing to walk in the sales office and see Sherry there. KB truly lives up to the reputation of Built on Relationships!! Between the sales team, the loan team, and Ruben our foreman the experience has been fantastic! KB builder is very reliable and practical home builder! KB offers ENERGY Star certified homes that helps new homeowner saves with their utility bills.

Everything seems to be an upgrade. The model homes are somewhat misleading but the prices of the upgrades are not bad. Overall pricing is alright but the timeline and follow up is not always the best. I have been living in our home for 3 months so far so good just some minor things need to followed up by w/ warranty.

My family had a great buying experience with KB homes. I had looked at other communities which offered different kinds of incentive, however KB homes had exactly what I was looking for in a home (Plus More). Once I made my mind with the Model that I wanted and singed off on it, I was able to bring other family Members to look at the Model home and every time I would bring them over, the sellers at the site made us feel welcome.

Kb home is the best.

Amanda made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. Process was long but fast at the same time (I know sounds crazy) but once the actual construction got going the house itself was built very fast! Very great quality of work. No major issues that were found. Very happy with the home and the process.

The superintendent was amazing and extremely helpful, every step of the way. I had a few things that needed to be changed, even after moving in to the house, and he continued to help me get through the process and solve the issues. The sales team were very nice and responsive to my questions. The overall process with KB Homes employees was positive. As for the quality of the build, I have been in the house for over a month and have not had a single issue.

This being my first home everybody was extremely helpful every step of the way. I asked everybody many questions throughout this process and all of them did not hesitate to answer my questions very quickly.

I was extremely pleased with the building supervisor, Ryan. He always addressed my concerns and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. However, I am not happy with the faucets that were placed in all the sinks and the careless paint job that was done. For the money that I paid for this home, KB should of had better quality materials! Furthermore, the home lacks light. It should of had more windows and more lighting in the bathroom by the sinks. I also have to turn my lights on during the day in my kitchen. How is this going to save me energy? I also hate the toilets! I have to flush more than once! Great experience with qualified individuals

KB Home and its subcontractors did not install the flooring and portions of the baseboard in my new home correctly, within industry standards or within manufacturers recommendations/specifications. Throughout the build process the original superintendent and regional supervisor were dismissive and patronizing. They disregarded everything I said, they ignored all the information I provided them that supported my claims and they tried to make me feel like I was being unreasonable. They even questioned the validity of my research and supporting documentation, stating “[I] don’t know where you got your information from”, when I clearly provided source information in multiple communications. They also stated that they had spoken with the Contractors Board and the tile manufacturer and there were “no standards they were required to follow”. However, they was not able to provide anything to substantiate this claim. KB Home flat out disregarded standards set by an ANSI-accredited organization, the ICC and multiple manufacturer’s recommendations/specifications; the result is egregiously substandard workmanship and a brand-new home that insights anger and frustration instead of happiness and comfort. ...
