Builder, sales agent and staff were all very professional!

This being my first home everybody was extremely helpful every step of the way. I asked everybody many questions throughout this process and all of them did not hesitate to answer my questions very quickly.

We are very happy with this home purchase

I was extremely pleased with the building supervisor, Ryan. He always addressed my concerns and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. However, I am not happy with the faucets that were placed in all the sinks and the careless paint job that was done. For the money that I paid for this home, KB should of had better quality materials! Furthermore, the home lacks light. It should of had more windows and more lighting in the bathroom by the sinks. I also have to turn my lights on during the day in my kitchen. How is this going to save me energy? I also hate the toilets! I have to flush more than once! Again, I am wasting water, not saving water. Overall, the materials that were used in the home are not to my satisfaction! ... More

Great experience with qualified individuals

KB Home and its subcontractors did not install the flooring and portions of the baseboard in my new home correctly, within industry standards or within manufacturers recommendations/specifications. Throughout the build process the original superintendent and regional supervisor were dismissive and patronizing. They disregarded everything I said, they ignored all the information I provided them that supported my claims and they tried to make me feel like I was being unreasonable. They even questioned the validity of my research and supporting documentation, stating “[I] don’t know where you got your information from”, when I clearly provided source information in multiple communications. They also stated that they had spoken with the Contractors Board and the tile manufacturer and there were “no standards they were required to follow”. However, they was not able to provide anything to substantiate this claim. KB Home flat out disregarded standards set by an ANSI-accredited organization, the ICC and multiple manufacturer’s recommendations/specifications; the result is egregiously substandard workmanship and a brand-new home that insights anger and frustration instead of happiness and comfort. ... Financing officer is a turboWhat Kehinde super attendant told me fix the one weeks take it two months to fix it

Good buying experience but workmanship quality was subpar such as cracked tile roof, carpets, paint, cabinets trims. My recommendation is to double check all above before signing your closing paperwork. In my case, it seems all construction trade were rushing to close therfore having a lot of issues after.

My superintendent Mike was amazing. He made this whole experience smooth and easy. He was there to answer any of my questions. He addressed my concerns immediately. He made my home with love. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Mike

Quality is in the base price. Few upgrades needed.

We had a great home buying experience

I was very happy with the job they did and also they finished building the house as it was promised.

Builders should not take advantage of the booming teal estate market. Take away from a year ago. Inferior materials or cheaper used. So noisy even with the energy efficient windows and insulation.

Great customer service when you have questions about anything for the new home.

And now today only two people came. We still have a small hole in our calk above the shower. This is unacceptable and they need to fix it ASAP. Unfortunately that does t seem to be a priority and no one has come to fix that. We already used the shower so we are afraid if there is further damage. Get on the ball and fix this ASAP. Touch ups still have not been done as well :(

KB staff make buying a new home hassle-free and simple.

The interaction with the Superintendent, was excellent. The KB agent however was unresponsive and not available when there were questions or concerns during the entire buying process.

We’re First Home Buyer’s, the team that helped us out was awesome! It was a journey but worth every time!!!
