We are so excited that we went with KB homes. The communication was prompt with week to week updates, home was ready prior to estimated date, and staff was very friendly. We are confident with their hard work that brings peace of mind with their warranty program. The realtor for KB made this whole housing process easy, and the locked in APR rate was a huge plus with us not having to wait on purchasing a new home depending on the current market and interests rates. We are very pleased with the whole process and would recommend KB to everyone.

It would be beneficial for any homebuyers, to include first time homebuyers to be provided a warranty packets, so that they know what type of information, and what things they need to register their stuff that requires a warranty

Home was build fast and as promised...had to to lot of upgrades so it's never the lowest price...but the process was fast and efficient...great sales and design staff.....do you own financing, kb financing is problematic.

The builder forgot to put a vent in the master bath. It reached 115 degrees today. The master bath has not vent so it was just as hot. Contacted the builder to complain.

KB Home team made our home buying experience seamless. Everyone were responsive to our questions and concerns. We are from out of state and they kept us and our realtor in the loop at all times during the building process.

The home came out nice because I had a lot of upgrades done but I do think other builders like Lennar gives you more value as upgrades are included.
