Overall the building process was better than we anticipated. Communication and follow up was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and were very pleased with the final outcome.

My sales agent Vanessa was great. Gina loan agent was amazing and Henry the superintendent was great. Always right there to answer question and made sure things got corrected in a timely manner. Customer Service needs work

The team I worked with was amazing. They made my home purchasing experience a good one. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I had. I had minor cosmetic concerns with the home, but nothing major. Besides, the superintendent was quick to respond to those concerns. Overall, I am happy.

I will tell you as first time homebuyers in a new city, we were very weary of a scammy homebuyer so we did our due diligence, read as much of every contract as we could, depended on our realtor and friends/family a lot for advice, really put a lot of time into making sure we knew what was going on and that we wouldn’t end up with a mess on our hands. With that said, KB Home made our first home buying process so great and dare I say, even easy. They helped guide us through in a way that felt genuine and honest and explained next steps clearly, Marla our KB agent was great. And the home we ended up with is top notch and as far as we can see and feel in our first 2 months, good craftsmanship and solid construction thanks to Nik who was very detailed on his walk throughs (PDO and NHO) and clearly managed the construction well. Since their formula depends on upgrades, it feels nice you can customize a lot unlike other home builders, but the downside is you feel occasionally they are nickel and diming you on every little thing with design options. As long as you’re clear on what you want and what is fluff, you find out what may be more expensive to do later, and you do pros and cons lists and understand that the model home will show you the most expensive stuff, you can end up with designs you want within your overall budget. We ended up under our max budget for the home but got all our design musts. Being decisive and having a vision at the design studio helps a lot, and Rachel was superhelpful with advice and opinion without acting like a car salesperson. We saw some indecisive homebuyers with no vision at the studio and they looked like they were suffering. Finally, the loan process was our biggest fear because that’s all the money stuff. This is the biggest thing we have ever invested in our lives. James and our realtor made the process easy, he was always available and ready to answer our questions. And he seemed transparent and helpful. And I have to shout out the First American title person who got us through the signing of all documents, she was very explanatory and helpful as well. Overall, although I always hear mixed reviews about KB Home in various cities, here in Vegas I think they are such a great choice. We were not going into one of their fancy or flagship communities like Inspirada (that’s the one I kept hearing people were moving to at least when talking to other buyers at the design studio), we were going into a community that they probably could have just given half service to and not cared about but it didn’t feel that way. Our experience with Jon and Devin was amazing! They were extremely helpful in not only walking us through things we'd need to know as a new home buyer, but also making sure that we were satisfied with everything even after closing by providing a few handyman services even when they were "off the hook"

It was a fairly simple buying experience.

The process was very smooth with Jarad answered all questions and sent weekly update, very friendly. Wes took the time went through everything with mem when I need or asked for assistance he was there, and still keeps in touch and follow ups

From the day I moved in, many things were already broken. The materials used feel very cheap, and everything seems to break easily. Even months later, the problems remain unresolved, and responsiveness to issues has been very poor.

Everyone was very responsive in addressing any questions or problems we had which we appreciated.

My experience was seamless and the KB sales & financial group made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the whole process.

KB is a great entry level home builder with a wonderful sales team. I recently purchased a KB home in Summerlin this year and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for first time buyers.

This was my first home buying experience. Everything went smoothly from the first day of looking at the models to even after getting the keys. Every step of the way there was someone available if we had questions. We were updated on the progression of the house two times a week. 10 out of 10

We bought a new home with KB in April 2025. Our sales agents were helpful, we enjoyed the design process, and overall, the home has absolutely met our standards - we love living here, both in this community and this home. However - due to a truncated closing process and some misrepresentations during the process, we were not ultimately able to use our full incentive (despite this being a huge factor in deciding to purchase the home). While it is not singularly KB's fault, we did not feel they were responsive or fair in the handling of the issue (as the loan had already closed and the home was sold), and it resulted in us losing $800 (that ended up back with KB). This soured our experience, and is something I would have liked to hear about prior to our purchase. That is the only reason for the lower marks - the home itself, and the people we worked with throughout the process, were top tier, and we're excited to live here for a long time. ... More

Everyone from the sales team to the superintendent did such a great job of keeping us informed of the entire home buying process. Highly recommend using Melissa and John. They made the home buying experience an unforgettable experience. We are very happy in our new home.

The carpet pad was upgraded and paid for but did not meet our expectations. The garage door makes a loud sound.

My home buying experience was second to none. Every step of the way everyone I worked with were professional and most important up front. KB Homes did what they said they would do and that’s all I could ask for.

Home is beautiful, process was easy and stress free . Home loan officer kept getting us a lower rate and was on top of any updates. When home was finished everything and any questions were explained. Any issues or discrepancies were taken care off . Would definitely buy another home from them.

John and Beth were great through out the purchase process. It was that helped us with the purchase of both properties at Qail Cove, John also followed up weekly with progress reports and pictures of both properties from the ground up to completion and closing of the properties. My brother and I really appreciated his help when ever we had a question.
