First off, I wasn't a fan ok KB Homes but the "Stonegate Community".... if this is what KB plans to build their home going forward, then they about to be some rich home builders. Don't take my word for it, take a trip over to "StoneGate" Summerlin. And see what all you get for the money you spend......

My home buying experience with KB was a gray experience! I was provide with great customer service through the entire process, and even after closing!

Great customer service, great communication throughout the built process and even post build

I was happy buying a new home but now after a couple months I am feeling somewhat discriminated, there was options which was never offered or told I could get, I did some research with a few neighbors and found out they were offered those options to them.

Loved working with everyone at this location. Especially Ryan Adams he went above and beyond for my family and I.

The builder sales management team provides great support during the development for our home. Sales manager kept us information and provided weekly construction report to us with pictures that we are appreciated very much.

Loved every minute of my home buying experience, the updates of photos, the clear communication every step of the way.

Very professional staff, helpful, concerned (before and after), extremely knowledgeable. Always available to answer questions and concerns timely. Communicate and responsive. Very nice and ideal area to raise children. Delivery was smooth and fast.

Jayson Is the best!! What really impressed me was if Jason said he be there at noon he was there. That meant a lot to Jim and I because we had to make time from our jobs to go there. I would highly recommend Kb builders.

Buy with KB. You won’t be disappointed

KB Home is one of the biggest home developer in the valley and I honestly think they have the most competitive location, design, and customer service. Highly recommend to consider checking out their homes.

Beth, our sales rep and Lee, our superintendent were great! They both kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish. Our home was done on schedule and sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. We love our new home and community.
