I overall had a good experience with KB homes. Michelle and Holly with KB loans are both amazing. They’re diligent and quick to respond. They deserve more than 10 stars. Our home is so beautiful. Truly appreciate Louis, Tyler and their entire team for their hard work. We had a setback with our house finishing on time but Louis and Tyler worked hard to get us in our house sooner. I also appreciated Louis keeping us updated on pending orders while making sure we were content with everything. KB homes also has a 10 year warranty which I didn’t have with my old builder. Kb homes wad simply amazing! They offered the best and most transparent pricing of any lender that I was in contact with. Additionally, our closing happened on time and they were in touch the entire way leading up to it.

Engineer Pat and Kimara in sales are our eyes . Since we live in California, they updated us weekly. Pat provide a thorough home orientation. We know our home is being built is in great hands.

I purchased a beautiful home. Everything was pretty close to perfect. I had an electrical issue and a HVAC issue when I moved in. I let the superintendent know and he got everything fixed right away.

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

Our new home has excellent workmanship and KB Home is so far very responsive to issues. However, we have had a couple of issues such as too much construction material left in garage, cable and telephone connections to the house and within the house not fully installed and connected, some things as lighting and appliances not fully checked as working. KB Homes has been extremely responsive in acknowledging and addressing these issues.
