Everyone who we have interacted with was very helpful.

I purchased a beautiful home. Everything was pretty close to perfect. I had an electrical issue and a HVAC issue when I moved in. I let the superintendent know and he got everything fixed right away.

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

Our new home has excellent workmanship and KB Home is so far very responsive to issues. However, we have had a couple of issues such as too much construction material left in garage, cable and telephone connections to the house and within the house not fully installed and connected, some things as lighting and appliances not fully checked as working. KB Homes has been extremely responsive in acknowledging and addressing these issues.

Ou home buying experience with KB Home was surprisingly easier than my husband and I thought. The process went smooth and less painful. All the staff members from different departments were wonderful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We are now very happy to have a quality smart home, energy saving and affordable home. The home came out nice because I had a lot of upgrades done but I do think other builders like Lennar gives you more value as upgrades are included.

Our Sales Rep & Superintendent were PHENOMENAL. They were both very responsive, worked with us as best they could within whatever limitations were present and kept us in the loop at all stages.

I have to say 99% of this home is amazing, but there are some issues. Warranty claims get a response very quickly, however im learning you are at the mercy of whatever contractor installed that particular item. With that said I'm definitely glad I purchased the home.

the house is great but the doors are small ,refrigerator,couch,treadmill and bigger appliances and furnitures won't fit .driveway is narrow and garage is small for 2 SUV or Vans .
