Amber, made it easy and smooth when we check and decide that we want the house. Easy to talk to. Tyler, was an amazing person he’s always responded if we have questions and or problems with our house. The quality of our new home is not that great, our expectations are high for a brand new house, the paints are uneven, the doors were broken also the restrooms need a retouch and lastly the 2nd floor making noise when you’re heading to the master room.

The home came out nice because I had a lot of upgrades done but I do think other builders like Lennar gives you more value as upgrades are included.

Our Sales Rep & Superintendent were PHENOMENAL. They were both very responsive, worked with us as best they could within whatever limitations were present and kept us in the loop at all stages.

I have to say 99% of this home is amazing, but there are some issues. Warranty claims get a response very quickly, however im learning you are at the mercy of whatever contractor installed that particular item. With that said I'm definitely glad I purchased the home.

the house is great but the doors are small ,refrigerator,couch,treadmill and bigger appliances and furnitures won't fit .driveway is narrow and garage is small for 2 SUV or Vans .

I had looked at other communities which offered different kinds of incentive, however KB homes had exactly what I was looking for in a home (Plus More). Once I made my mind with the Model that I wanted and singed off on it, I was able to bring other family Members to look at the Model home and every time I would bring them over, the sellers at the site made us feel welcome.
