My home buying experience with KB was a gray experience! I was provide with great customer service through the entire process, and even after closing!

Once I moved in I started to see some poor craftsmanship on the drywall nothing major but irritating to look at. Over all good starter home

Overall home buying experience through KB was good. The quality of work not so good.. no way I should have a brand new home I closed in the summer of this year and my Air Conditioning unit isn’t working properly at all… KB prides itself on energy efficiency but I can’t tell when my energy and money is going out thru the roof..

The buying experience was great. However, I placed a couple of work orders in and haven't received a response. It's been a couple of weeks.

My flooring started lifting when exposed to high temperatures. Leaks under all sinks and my heater was missing a lid.

Many cosmetic and quality control issues at walkthrough that have still yet to be addressed even after filing warranty claims

Cheaply made homes at not so cheap prices.

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.

There were a lot of delays due to COVID but everyone was great about keeping me updated when building finally started and throughout the process.

Great customer service

Vanessa and Mike were incredible and truly made our experience wonderful. Vanessa explained things along the way and Mike always kept us up to date during the build. Both represented KB Homes very very well!

It was exciting watching every phase of the house being constructed. When the time came to close and move in there were some issues that needed to be addressed which comes along with new construction. But I was very satisfied with Russell and Brandon addressing our issues in a timely manner. Overall KB gives a beautiful home for your money. I would use them again if I was in the market.

Need more quest parking lot because of no driveway and small garage. Two small bedrooms are not enough space In the living room are good space but it’s hard to put tv in a wrong direction.

The office staff was great, responsive, and very intentive. The Studio process was very rushed and once covid started it was merely impossible to make and additions or changes, which we were told we would have two studio sessions and we really only received one. A few options were left out and we figured it out after the construction had begun. The construction phase was dragged out during covid which forced me to stay at an undesirable place for four months long than intended but our contractor was able to finish the home before their projected date. The home was finished with minor issues such as, a wrong door, doors not closing completely, light fixtures falling out and an overlap of concrete in the backyard. My wife and I bought our house while living in San Diego. Our sales rep Amanda and contractor Ryan kept us up to date throughout the whole process which eased the stress with COVID happening as I was unable to leave San Diego.

We are very happy with everything about the house. A few things needed to be fixed that are probably part of normally buying a brand new home but they were quick to schedule and come out. The only thing we were unhappy about was the extra carpet padding we bought because the installer cut it too short so you actually feel the wood stair under your feet and they didn’t pound all the nails down so that hurt. Again, In the process of having it fixed though And quick to schedule.

Overall excellent, exceeded expectations, but not a perfect 5 stars.
