This was an amazingly enjoyable home buying experience. The staff from my salesperson Travis, loan officers Gina and Tracy and the general contractor Jesse kept me informed and I did not have any surprises or disappointments. KB having their design center visit as part of the process was awesome. It was there that I got to personalize and create my beautiful home with the help of Lindsey and Penny. It was there also where I saw the top quality of the materials that would be put into my home. Love my home and.this spacious and mountain view Saddlebrook community.

Jeffrey the Sales person was very friendly, professional and communicative when addressing any questions in regards to the sale. I was not pleased that after I had placed a deposit on the home, I was sent an amendment that the Model Home I was purchasing was being sold AS IS. The AS IS status was not addressed with me by the seller before I put a down payment on the Model Home. At times Fred, the project manager was not communicative and was slow in responding to issues I addressed about the home. In fact the speaker system was removed from the home and the walls patch after I placed a down payment on the home. I felt as if the home was not a priority since I had signed the contract. I feel as though I overpaid for this Model Home and was told due to the AS IS status it will be up to me to have any issues not covered by the warranty repaired. I am disappointed. ... More

Staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

The best customer service once i walked through the door at the model home office with Vanessa. Great experience with the entire staff at the deign studio. And such a smooth and easy process with the loan officer Mike. I couldn’t have asked for a more better experience that what I’ve received with choosing to go with KB Home.

all is what to be expected

The home loan people were horrible. I wanted to back out based off of their issues but my realities talked me out of it. I like the house but you really should restructure your home loan people. It’s like they have no idea what they are doing and ask for the same thing multiple times through multiple people or they wait till last minute to ask for something that they should’ve known they’d need months prior. I will never use your in house lender again it wasn’t worth the headache. If it wasn’t for the Superintendent I’m currently working with I would give you all 1 Star. Thank him he saved you. ... More

Space between homes to close

The office staff was great, responsive, and very intentive. The Studio process was very rushed and once covid started it was merely impossible to make and additions or changes, which we were told we would have two studio sessions and we really only received one. A few options were left out and we figured it out after the construction had begun. The construction phase was dragged out during covid which forced me to stay at an undesirable place for four months long than intended but our contractor was able to finish the home before their projected date. The home was finished with minor issues such as, a wrong door, doors not closing completely, light fixtures falling out and an overlap of concrete in the backyard. Our builder communicated with us throughout the construction process - Both by phone and pictures (we were out of state). Once we moved in, his response to both little and big issues was/is phenomenal.

Staff was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process of building and buying our new home.

Sale staff are great to work with.

This is my second KB Home. I feel confident that they care about the quality of the product they provide.

Mike, Tony, and their construction teams, did excellent work at each stage of the home buying and building process. They kept me informed, met with me periodically to review/discuss the home-build progression, and were always helpful and kind. I'm very happy with my KB Home!
