I love KB Homes; this is my second home purchase from them and in the span of 10 years the service and workmanship has significantly changed for the better.

Materials used could be better. Example: The upgraded kitchen to "gourmet" kitchen only has a 30" hood and stovetop. Could have used a minimum of 36" instead. Would be better if the countertop would have had a 1'' to 1.5" trim instead of just a slab. It looks cheap. However, overall, team is great. The superintendent is very attentive to details of the construction of the home and walks you through the construction phases. The super responds very quickly to questions. I really enjoyed working with them!

Your Sales Team and Construction Superintendent are excellent. They did all within their powers to accommodate the needs I had and close escrow as soon as possible. Yes, I will recommend KB Homes to my friends and family.

I have purchased quite a bit of KB homes within the last 8 months. Mario, the construction superintendent, has been the best I have dealt with. He is very responsive, knows his stuff, and cares about guest service. He has really gone out of his way to make me happy in my purchase.

We love our home and, after 90 days in it, have found few issues. Can ask for much better than that.

The carpet pad was upgraded and paid for but did not meet our expectations. The garage door makes a loud sound.

My flooring started lifting when exposed to high temperatures. Leaks under all sinks and my heater was missing a lid.

Overall home buying experience through KB was good. The quality of work not so good.. no way I should have a brand new home I closed in the summer of this year and my Air Conditioning unit isn’t working properly at all… KB prides itself on energy efficiency but I can’t tell when my energy and money is going out thru the roof..

The buying experience was great. However, I placed a couple of work orders in and haven't received a response. It's been a couple of weeks.

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.

There were a lot of delays due to COVID but everyone was great about keeping me updated when building finally started and throughout the process.
