Gena R made the home buying experience from KB Home very pleasant and memorable. She assisted us from the time we toured the model home to the handling of the keys after we close. She continued to send us weekly updates (with photos), and responding to every one of our numerous questions promptly.

The reason I gave 4 stat of value for the price paid, a better quality of clothes shelving should been used instead of just ordinary wire shelving. Also, the garage should have been painted completely with white color instead of unfinished.

I love KB Homes; this is my second home purchase from them and in the span of 10 years the service and workmanship has significantly changed for the better.

Materials used could be better. Example: The upgraded kitchen to "gourmet" kitchen only has a 30" hood and stovetop. Could have used a minimum of 36" instead. Would be better if the countertop would have had a 1'' to 1.5" trim instead of just a slab. It looks cheap. However, overall, team is great. The superintendent is very attentive to details of the construction of the home and walks you through the construction phases. The super responds very quickly to questions. I really enjoyed working with them!

Your Sales Team and Construction Superintendent are excellent. They did all within their powers to accommodate the needs I had and close escrow as soon as possible. Yes, I will recommend KB Homes to my friends and family.

I have purchased quite a bit of KB homes within the last 8 months. Mario, the construction superintendent, has been the best I have dealt with. He is very responsive, knows his stuff, and cares about guest service. He has really gone out of his way to make me happy in my purchase.

We love our home and, after 90 days in it, have found few issues. Can ask for much better than that.

Number one they did not tell us that the lot we picked would be very noisey, full of homeless on the outside of our wall and shake the entire home all day and night. This was very wrong of your salesperson and KB in general. We have not been able to enjoy our home as we open our blinds and see homeless pooping in the wash and they are all over. The home shakes so much you can’t get any rest. The homeless have thrown things in our yard and we even had things stolen from our yard. The salespeople were nice in general but when we went to concern our issues they all of a sudden clammed up and said to take it up with upper management. This entire ordeal was very unprofessional. I will not ever tell anyone to buy a KB home. The superintendent Jesse has been very helpful although he should learn his products he is installing. We had questions he could not answer us. Tyler has helped us get some answers to our questions and he has been pushing for county to clear the homeless. We have called cops and they refuse to come out even when we see drug deals being made behind our home. The homeless have set 3 fires in the wash that we have had to call fire department. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Do better KB seriously. The way you bamboozled us into buying the home and not telling us the issues was not correct nor professional. Then when we were doing the loan we had so many people from KB loans emailing us we had no clue who was our representative. They also need to do better and not be rude to buyers. The carpet pad was upgraded and paid for but did not meet our expectations. The garage door makes a loud sound.

My flooring started lifting when exposed to high temperatures. Leaks under all sinks and my heater was missing a lid.

All sales staff and lender were very nice and professional

Overall home buying experience through KB was good. The quality of work not so good.. no way I should have a brand new home I closed in the summer of this year and my Air Conditioning unit isn’t working properly at all… KB prides itself on energy efficiency but I can’t tell when my energy and money is going out thru the roof..

The buying experience was great. However, I placed a couple of work orders in and haven't received a response. It's been a couple of weeks.
