I never got contacted for either 10 day paint touch up or 30 day home follow up. I have many issues that have not been dealt with and they know about.

Have outside paint issues, master bath caulking issues and master shower drain issues. I have advised project manager about flooring issues and was suppose to get back. Nothing. Advised about sliding glass door frame caulking issue. I had an electrical issue where multiple wires were bare in box and it was repaired with just applying electrical tape. Not acceptable. Entry door is damaged and got painted over and other doors in house have same issues. I was suppose to get a complimentary water filtration system at kitchen sink. Company came out over a month ago and said they would contact me ...

I recently moved to vegas and was able to see the build on a regular basis. I identified way too many issues during the build that would have been detrimental if waited until after the final walk through. For starters, I paid to have the entire house insulated, all interior walls also. We had a wind storm one weekend after the insulation was in place causing it to blow out and all over the house as well as outside. Jeffrey the Sales person was very friendly, professional and communicative when addressing any questions in regards to the sale. I was not pleased that after I had placed a deposit on the home, I was sent an amendment that the Model Home I was purchasing was being sold AS IS. Very lousy customer service. The window in the living room was not squared. They say they were going to come and fix it but never showed up. Does not respond to calls and e-mails. Very frustrating.

Lived in my house less than 45 days and multiple things have broken, my garage wouldn’t work and then my washing machine broke. Brand new washing machine and trying to figure out who to contact and if it was under warranty or if I’m responsible to cover costs was frustrating. Everyone was pointing fingers at each other. I love my house but I feel like as a new build less than 60 days living in it I shouldn’t be having these many problems already.

I love my home. The location was the reason I purchased the home. I have been disappointed with repairs. Most are minor fixes yet are still not completed and I have been in my home for over 60 days. I am not pleased with the quality of my air conditioning in my home. It is suppose to energy friendly and well insulated. I felt rushed to closing and home was not delivered to me finished as promised. items below concerned are not addressed. The floor left at the Largest model (1860)was dismally insufficient for a new home. Reguardless of your As is !! Model hone Purchase Policy...an attempt by myself and your Builder was made to attempt to fix the situation....after a professional cleaning and resealing the floor looked good for about 2days once completely dry it returned to it lack luster shine and powdery look. In closing we spent 8k to put a vinyl floor on the bottom half of this home...totally Disappointed...in what we got for 304k...

The entire process from start to finish took about 11 months from start to finish. At first it was very exciting chosing our lot and visiting the design center. But because of covid it turned into a horrible wait. We had multiple delays because of covid 19 and it made for a bad experience. I realize there was extensive delays with materials etc. Marcy was excellent as a sales rep, Paulette was thorough and patient with me and my many questions as a first time home buyer. Tyler, the substitute who did our first walkthrough was top tier.

The interaction with the Superintendent, was excellent. The KB agent however was unresponsive and not available when there were questions or concerns during the entire buying process.

I didnt have the best experience. My realtor was the only person to assist me with no issues. The construction of my house seems it was thrown together slowly. The trades dont care about other trades. Studs not on center, bowed pieces, electrical dont poorly wired wrong, I have a flood lights that were not installed when we closed and that had constant power. took the electrician about an hour to find where the wire was. No answer when there is an issue. All they really want is your money. Pushes you to sign and do walk thru as soon as possible even with issues present. Once you sign they will ignore you and not answer any phones calls for issues they were suppose to fix PRIOR to walk thru.

KB builder is worse than what I expected. The quality in every area is not good!! I’ve called for service to fix the paint after moving in and no one answers and no one calls back when I leave a voicemail. Getting things fixed is not their priority because they are still short handed. I’m still waiting for an appointment confirmation for another issue I saw outside. Did I mention the nails that were left on the floor in my garage, the driveway, and the street when I moved in? I’ll say it again, I will never buy another KB home nor will I recommend KB to anyone.

Construction took nearly a year. After the move in, there were tons of issues- The builder did not install the correct window in our son’s room and they had to cut the window out and re-install a new one. They made a mess and it took a week for the project to be finished. The power went out for a 1/3 of our home and it wasn’t considered an “emergency”, therefore was not fixed immediately. Kb home works with many companies to build 1 home

I don't like that KB home works with so many companies to build 1 home. Quality is not good, Do to this theirs so many cracks and holes. When reporting issues to the superintendent all he does is send you to the customer service number?, which no one ever answers or returns phone calls.
