KB homes has a great team of people working for them.

Beyond expectations

The owner has been informed weekly about the new house building period with pictures. The house was builded well and under 6 months.

Kb was very accommodating and easy to work with. Also, very responsive to requests and questions.

Jeff from the sales office was very friendly and quick to respond to our needs. There were several things that had to be cleaned up after our walkthrough that seemed to be ignored but we were reassured by the superintendent that 1 year home warranty will cover it.

The guides are very clear. People are very nice

It's the little things in life that matter most and the finish carpentry was extremely poor. Walls not plumb, messy grout lines, dings & nicks everywhere (interior & exterior). I also need to mention KBH's framing means & methods. KBH doesn't cover the whole exterior shell of their homes in plywood sheathing or board of any kind because their homes have been "engineered" and the sheathing is only needed in "certain locations" to meet the shear strength requirements. So KBH uses 25 to 50% less sheathing per home, saving them a ton of money but not necessarily the consumer. From a business standpoint I get it, but from a consumers standpoint KBH just seems cheap. Another small rub I had was the 24 inch on center framing (in lieu of 16" standard) for interior walls that aren't consider load barrier. This is our dream house, brand new!!!! and We are completely satisfied and happy. The team of KB home had helped a lot in making it hassle free, from the upgrade office, Phyllis is so patient. Even in my last minute change of mind she made it possible. Then come to the walk thru with Paul, amazing guy that truly understands the homeowners expectations and his commitment in achieving our satisfaction. He never fails us. Now with our small issues in the house, right away after contacting customer service, Robert showed up the following day and now its set up to be fix tomorrow. i never thought it would be that fast......So we are satisfied and have no regrets that we chose KB home and this community. ... Overall very good. A couple of things that needed to be seen to but if I needed something Paul always answered my texts and helped out.

Get to know your community.

We love our new home! We've lived in our new house for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it!! We did have an issue with our dishwasher tripping the breaker and we called the KB customer service line and was treated very well. They came out and fixed it right away! Great experience with KB all around from our sales lady, loan officers, the design center, the superintendents, and the customer service team!! GREAT job and AMAZING service KB!!!

Sandy in sales, Paula in mortgages, and John, our project manager, were all very responsive and easy to work with. The quality of workmanship in our home is great, and all issues have been promptly fixed. The home was built on schedule, and closing happened smoothly right before the holidays and about two months ahead of the initial plan when the sales contract was signed. We are very happy with our new home, and I highly recommend KB Homes.

Overall pretty pleased.

I like my single story home very much. I bought the 1849 model. One issue I have is that I wish the company would build single story homes near each other instead of being sandwiched in between gigantic two story homes. Also the basic home too expensive to start out with since the buyer is absolutely compelled and finds it necessary to upgrade.

Several minor comments; Took me making 4 trips to the sales office to get my “welcome” gift(which by the way was not worth the wait) There was a mistake on the location of extra elec outlets, but was resolved to my satisfaction. We have only a few remains fixable issues. I’m waiting to see if they abide by their “will check back with you 30 days after deal closes” One other item; the inset hot & cold water lines for the washer is problematic as the twist-on hoses from my washer it was very difficult the adequately tighten the fittings, resulting in leaks Otherwise, mostly satisfied

The building superintendent Dan has been amazing and salesperson kimara! Its because of there calls, honest, knowledge, insight that we went through with buying this home and loving it. I could write a book about the things they helped me with.

I purchased a quick move in home. Tiffany and Joseph were wonderful to work with! They were so efficient, I closed in less than 30 days. They both called many times to follow up with me to make sure everything was going well with my new home.

I think all homes are little over priced in Vegas no matter who’s the builder

Our Super has been really good. Any concerns that I have had he has taken care of them. I lived only a mile away from our new KB home so we were there almost every night after work. I always had questions and he explained everything well. I did not like the financing experience, that was a PAIN! But, again, overall we are enjoying our home and looking forward to spending these first Holidays in it!
