Overall very good. A couple of things that needed to be seen to but if I needed something Paul always answered my texts and helped out.

We love our new home! We've lived in our new house for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it!! We did have an issue with our dishwasher tripping the breaker and we called the KB customer service line and was treated very well. They came out and fixed it right away! Great experience with KB all around from our sales lady, loan officers, the design center, the superintendents, and the customer service team!! GREAT job and AMAZING service KB!!!

Sandy in sales, Paula in mortgages, and John, our project manager, were all very responsive and easy to work with. The quality of workmanship in our home is great, and all issues have been promptly fixed. The home was built on schedule, and closing happened smoothly right before the holidays and about two months ahead of the initial plan when the sales contract was signed. We are very happy with our new home, and I highly recommend KB Homes.

Overall pretty pleased.

I like my single story home very much. I bought the 1849 model. One issue I have is that I wish the company would build single story homes near each other instead of being sandwiched in between gigantic two story homes. Also the basic home too expensive to start out with since the buyer is absolutely compelled and finds it necessary to upgrade.

Several minor comments; Took me making 4 trips to the sales office to get my “welcome” gift(which by the way was not worth the wait) There was a mistake on the location of extra elec outlets, but was resolved to my satisfaction. We have only a few remains fixable issues. I’m waiting to see if they abide by their “will check back with you 30 days after deal closes” One other item; the inset hot & cold water lines for the washer is problematic as the twist-on hoses from my washer it was very difficult the adequately tighten the fittings, resulting in leaks Otherwise, mostly satisfied

The building superintendent Dan has been amazing and salesperson kimara! Its because of there calls, honest, knowledge, insight that we went through with buying this home and loving it. I could write a book about the things they helped me with.

I purchased a quick move in home. Tiffany and Joseph were wonderful to work with! They were so efficient, I closed in less than 30 days. They both called many times to follow up with me to make sure everything was going well with my new home.

I think all homes are little over priced in Vegas no matter who’s the builder

Our Super has been really good. Any concerns that I have had he has taken care of them. I lived only a mile away from our new KB home so we were there almost every night after work. I always had questions and he explained everything well. I did not like the financing experience, that was a PAIN! But, again, overall we are enjoying our home and looking forward to spending these first Holidays in it!

Easiest process I have ever been through!

Rick and Laura are the two people I was in contact with throughout the entirety of the process all the way from the loan process, information on the neighborhood, and lastly the build. They were great and answered all my question in a very detailed and were also very prompt to responding to all my questions. I would gladly recommend KB homes to my friends and family.

Enjoy the progress of your home and ask questions as it is being built. Splurge on a few extras. The finished product KB Home delivers is worth the wait. Hector our Salesman & Greg the Construction manager were great to work with start to finish. We have 2 concerns for KB. 1) your painters are subpar. We had to really push to get them to cover all their missed areas. I strongly recommend you get a new company to protect your reputation. 2) Keep a dumpster, broom, and dust pan around for the framers & sheet rock crew to clean up at the end of each day. Everyone was polite and professional. I worked with a great group of people.

From start to finish, the purchase process with kb was simple. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. In the end we have a beautiful home and we are proud to have gone with kb.

Sales team was great. Finance team was ok. Service team was poor.

Ask a lot of questions about your new home,don’t be shy they’ll answer all your questions!!!

I LOVE my KB Home! This is the third home I've owned, but my first new construction. I was always a little wary of what that process would be like, afraid that home builders may not be worried about looking out for my needs. Working with KB Homes couldn't have been further from the that very wrong assumption. The entire process was so easy and the sales team consistently communicated with me, making my move into the home seamless. Once I moved in, the house has been amazing and the KB team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I've had.
