I had a wonderful experience from beginning to close. I personally used KB Homes financing and they did an AMAZING JOB! The Superintendent of my home was VERY INFORMATIVE on our home progress. The KB Sales staff. One word.. AMAZING!!! MY HOME AND QUALITY A++++. Hurry up and grab a home lot! You will not be disappointed.

Outstanding experience with KB Home Team for new home build (1455 sq ft) from site selection (just a dirt lot) through build complete ready move-in (8 months). The design studio (customizations and/or add-ons, in my case, patio, 9' ceilings, electric car charger pre-wire, ceiling lights & pre-wire ceiling fans every room, 7 in 1 surround pre-wired, custom kitchen cabinets & tile, bathroom appliances & customization to shower & tub, carpet, stair railings, bedroom to loft conversion, appliances microwave with air fryer & convection oven built in, wash/dry, oven with air fry, keypad door lock) is the best attribute. You can see them all before you lock in. After move in, some minor issues with appliances resolved same or next day. Throughout cycle, constant (weekly photo updates) on home build process. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience of our home purchase. The pandamic threw us some unexpected surprises but at the end we were able to purchase our home and are very happy with with. The personnel that we encountered throughout our journey were excellent people that cared and paid attention to our concerns. Our greatest gratitude for Jennifer and Mark for a job well done.

The process from selecting a lot, to design to close was a seamless and easy but rewarding process. We were kept up to date throughout the construction and loan process. We are very pleased with our new KB home and I would recommend anyone looking for a newly built home, to find KB neighborhood near them.

5 stars from start to finish. Melissa in sales was extremely helpful, patient and answered all of our questions. We visited many new home communities and she’s the reason we purchased at Cooper ranch. She’s an asset to your team. Kim at the design studio is very knowledgeable and was never pushy at all just provided honest feedback on all options. Annie in lending is extremely smart and committed to her craft. No matter the time of day, holiday weekend, she always responded to emails very fast. Jason walked our home with us to ensure no detail was missed and was completed to perfection.

Efficient, conscientious and perfect service

The entire experience was second to none. We had excellent service with our agent Alex. He kept us up to date weekly with the building of our home either by text messages, pictures, or both. He explained the process very well and was knowledgeable. Our relationship with the finance team was outstanding. Rui walked us thru the prequalification process and explained every step with great detail. After she left, we had great customer service with Christina and Michelle. They made assisted us in explaining anything that may have concerned us. Our building superintendent John has been great in walking us thru the house during the build and after and getting things fixed to our satisfaction. Great customer service in all departments - Can't expect better!

The KB home team are so professional. They disclosed everything upfront and that’s very important as a buyer. The time of completions are very accurate. Quality of the the construction of the house is very good. All the warranties they offered are amazing, even with the third parties like the appliances and other systems in the house. The location of this track is just amazing. Easy access to freeways, schools and the airport. I’m extremely happy with my purchase experience!

Best experience ever buying a new home with KB

We had no idea what we were getting into… the process and the finished result was better than we expected. The community is so beautiful and so many things to do! We are in love with our place! The KB team explained everything to us all through the process. Shelly

Klay was very convincing and one of the reasons why we bought a KB Home. Brian was very honest and always keeping us updated on the volatile interest rate and advised us on locking the rate before it went higher. John was very accomodating and meticulous during the costruction phase. He caught contractor's mistake and got them fixed so it won't delay the completion and move in dates. John was also very responsive in getting the punchlists and warranty items taken cared of. We had an overall great experience with our KB Home buying process.
