My home buying experience at KB was top notch. The staff here treat you like family !! Laura in the sales office was awesome and so was Jason the superintendent here at Magnolia ranch. I highly recommend buying a KB home!!

Few minor problems got fix but took time more than we expected. Couple major problems, some were already fixed, one looks like won't be able to get fixed. Construction next door leaves debris, splashes, etc. to our property.

They were my main contacts throughout the entire process and I could not be more pleased and grateful for their knowledge and professionalism.

The whole KB team from the agent to the loan officer were great to work with! We would absolutely build with them again!

I love my home. I wish there were more focus put on ensuring the quality of workmanship from start to finish and the presentation and cleanliness. Other than that, everyone was attentive and helpful to my concerns during the build process. I suggest improving customer service response time during the 30-90 days after move-in as this a critical time for the homeowners as they discover their new home and much of the information provided to them initially were more likely lost or forgotten. Very quiet and peaceful community. Since day one the staff Jia and Galo from Belcarra welcomed us professionally. Helped us decide and get the house that we are currently residing. Rick explained everything about the house and accommodating. Donna is hands-on and eager for our approval too. Great team!

Marla in sales was awesome to work with. She kept me updated on the progress of my house each week and sent photos. Dan the superintendent was great to work with as well. He has been more than pleasant and helpful from the walk-through to moving in.

Skott was very professional and friendly. Replied quickly regarding our concerns.

The process went smooth and the construction was completed in the estimated timeframe that was provided. Team gave frequent updates and was very accommodating to our needs. We look forward to another successful sale with KB.

We had a great experience from start to finish. KBHome made the purchase process very easy. Jana, our salesperson, updates us weekly on the progress even though we live 10 minutes from the property and regularly popped by. Was a great time to get my own home but HOS my Association belong me waiting too much for permit patio cover call them send texts and nothing very very bad and I am no happy

We need a four wheel drive to get into the house for the driveway is to deep. Jesse was very good.

Home buying and sales office experience great. Seemed like they had a floor plan for any situation. Walkthrough/closing/key handover process is a bit confusing and not cool device to homebuyer. Blue tape from walkthrough removed even though items weren’t fixed.
