The whole buying experience was bad , this is my 4th home. This is the worst one yet. I would not buy from KB again.

Good job KB ! Thanks to everyone that makes everything smooth from the beginning til the end of construction.

We bought from KBHomes due to the cheaper price compared to other builders but it was a definitely a "you get what you pay for" experience. The house just looked okay from afar but when you get closer and closer you see the poor work done, the inconsistencies, the broken stuff underneath the surface, etc.

Always respond fast. Efficiently communication

KB Home exceeded my expectations. They were easy to work with and my house is amazing!

Great builder to pick to build your home

The process was great throughout the lending, choosing, and building process until the end. There was a great deal of push back from the sales rep Laura and superintendent Jason on my deserve to get and independent inspection done. After I understood why, as the house had a number of things wrong with it. I bought a new home so I wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance but the condition the house was in at the final walkthrough was not up to expectations

From beginning of contract signing to house closing, I feel KB home is trustworthy, and maybe next time I wouldn't need a buyer's agent to buy home from KB.

Jim in sales and Dan on the construction side were fantastic to work with. They provided regular updates and delivered the house ahead of schedule.

The sales staff that I had was quite aggressive and pushy during the search and closing periods. There was a tile that was broken and was replaced with a different color. They were about to give me the house with a solo different colored tile in the master bathroom. The closing date was then pushed back as they had to redo the full master bathroom. There are still issues with the house that have not been fixed. Quality of work could be better.

The folks at Kb Home have went out of their way to help us from the minute. We met them in purchasing a home with Amber to Gina who helped us to each loan process, I can’t say enough good things about them. Jason and Brooks and Paul have all been so helpful and helping us fix things that needed repairs, Kb Homes runs a great ship. They have made this experience, easy, helpful, trustworthy and I can’t say enough good things about each of them.

Amber sales, Jason and Brooks building supers and Gina in finance all have gone above and beyond in their customer service!!!

Glenwood Team Has Provided the BEST Experiences I Have Ever Had in Real Estate Transactions First of all, allow me to get right into the point by establishing my credential first since everyone here is very busy, of course, that includes myself for building my own backyard among other things as a new homeowner; I've been in the guest/customer service related industry for my entire life as a Certified Wine Sommelier and more; therefore, the "takes one to know one" part comes into place. Secondly, I've just self-published a book/menu on Amazon about guest/customer services and it earned number one in five different categories besides as the Most Wished For and Most Gifted book in just 18 days; so, "takes one to know one," it is! My initial experience was at Belcarra with a very experienced gentleman: Pros - very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Cons - gave me the wrong information about the Builder's incentive to which could only apply toward options, not to lot premium or anything else, it's a "use it all or lose it." And the all-out-blitz pressure in sales' tactics was just way too much, it totally ruined the admiration I had for him. Let me just mention a few things that he "recommended." 1. Turning the standard master-bath into the one like his, which is like Bellagio's if not better, even his friends agreed, and he just went on and on about it, my realtors and I kept looking at each other while listening, sigh... 2. Upgrading the standard master bath into a Luxurious one by taking out the second bedroom, sigh... 3. Upgrading the electrical system throughout the entire house even at the cost of over $2,000, many of his buyers regretted it, he then said to them "I told you so!" sigh... Now here is the really, really good stuff, The Glenwood Team, KB Home Design Studio, Field Managers, and Loan Department. YAY!!! John was the first one I came in contact with, super friendly, professional and knowledgeable, after showing me those available lots, I went with his recommendation, and said let's write up the Sale's contract now! John passed the transaction to Lori because it was her turn, What A Team Player (I knew that it must be part of the KB policies, and yet, still). Thank you, John! Lori was just as awesome as John while writing the agreement, she thoroughly explained to me, and about what to expect and when... Thank you, Lori! Unfortunately, so I thought...John and Lori both got transferred. But, here she is, The Star of The Show, ladies and gentleman, I give you Beth...! Oh. my goodness, I felt so fortunate and grateful to have someone like her to help me through the entire process in those bi-weekly updates and more...to the point of, I even asked myself, is it Monday/Friday, yet (LOL)? Beth is the epitome and the living proof of a true professional! She is everything I mentioned about John, Lori, but plus a whole lot more...caring, thoughtful, respectful and friendly, too. Thank you, Beth! You are the BEST! The Design Studio, Lindsey is just as Amazing as Beth! Throughout the 2-3 hour appointment we had, I never felt any rush, she was very polite and thoughtful while laying down the options that would best fit my needs. Thank you, Lindsey, for turning a house into a home for me! Filed Managers, Tyler, the pre-drywall orientation was very pleasant and done in such a professional manner! Thank you, Tyler! Now The Field Manager, TAD! He is super awesome in all aspects, the first walk-through, second walk-through, and all the follow-ups after moving in. He has been taking care of all issues for me in a timely manner if not ASAP! KB Home, and all his associated Homeowners are so lucky to have him!! Thank you , Tad!!! Last but not least, the KB Home Loan team, Troy, and Chad had been so great throughout the entire process with their good cop-and-bad cop tactics (LOL). Thank you, Troy, and Chad for being so very helpful from the pre-approval to closing! I truly appreciate all your help. KB home was what the doctor ordered for me. I sold my house and needed to move into another house right away. KB home Belcarra had move-in ready home’s ready that I liked. The process was easy, the staff was friendly and I felt like I was taken care of quickly. Thank you Galo for all of your help and support. I love my new home.

What a great experience this has been from beginning to closing!! We enjoyed every step of the way. Once we broke ground the constant updates were so amazing. We cannot believe it has already been 2 months in our new home- oh and even better we got keys before the holidays!! Thank you KB!

Tom was great throughout the whole process from start to finish. He was always very responsive and eager to help solve any issues we were running into. For the sales team, Iman also was very responsive and tried to satisfy all of our needs. At first, we were not too pleased with the process, communication, and updates we were receiving. We voiced those feelings to Iman and she listened to what we had to say and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our decision. KB homes is straight-forward to deal with. You know the prices and options you will get. They move fast in construction! But, that may be at the cost of quality. They do not use the highest quality materials and some of the labor is sloppy. It is nice to have a home and they price it so that you can buy it, but they are not necessarily a good value. Quality just isn't there. And then when you want something fixed.... everything should be smooth and quick but you get a million run-arounds which is unfortunate. Probably would be better to just do things correctly the first time.

After purchasing our 30 day touch up. We having been waiting almost 2 months for a reply.

I'm 2 months, into a KB Townhouse, and very pleased. Certainly, the overall KB organization, sales, finance, design studio, construction overseers, builders, contractors etc are well managed. Moreover, I can conclude that to build a seamless team; they recruit, screen, select, and prepare everyone for their individual positions . That said...What's most impressive is having qualified and skilled professionals also have superb interpersonal communication skills and... simply kind. I think I got the best personalized home, of all...haha. I hope every buyer is as pleased.

I felt rushed to closing and home was not delivered to me finished as promised. items below concerned are not addressed. Tried to contact superintendent and customer service no response still waiting to hear back. 1) Flooring not sealed properly - have Ant infestation since move in around September 10th 2) Photocell lights in front of garage not working 3) multiple outlets not working in house 4) Sink countertop not completed underneath dirty and looks unfinished 5) Crack in garage foundation 6) Cabinets not sealed properly 7) Oven missing one rack 8) Paint needs refinishing

Buying a home is a big decision. Very happy happy with my purchase!

The experience that I had with KB Home staff was beautiful. They went over and beyond to make my dream home super perfect! I would recommend the world to buy a KB Home.

Sales office was great. Options studio was fun. Took a little long on the build side, but haven’t had any issues with the house once I got it
