Excellent quality home and always professional.

I appreciate that everything was explained to me plainly and all contacts were responded to timely.

She always greeted us with a smile and made time to tour model homes. We re-revisited Wellington Pointe after shopping around similar homes in the Monroe area. I never felt pressured to sign a contract, but we eventually did & were able to close in the time she promised. The details in our house are excellent quality. Miguel met us a few times to walk through & we were able to request simple repairs prior to move-in. We love the size of the rooms, high ceilings & private lot. Although the property is currently under construction, they clean our street regularly.

My overall experience was OK The builder personnel were pleasant. Improvement can be demonstrated with "Attention to Detail!" You do not expect to do upkeep work on your new home. Loose door knobs (I have tightened them already) Paint spots on the floor Stains on the shower floor Paint over spray on some bathroom fixtures Baseboard Trim could be touched up. The floors were not thoroughly clean (Chalky, dusty) Floor Trim on the thresholds poorly painted Island Light Fixtures needed cleaning Outdoor covered porch ceiling needs painting Covered Porch ceiling light has a gap (potential bug entry) Lawn poorly presented, needs fertilizer and Nitrogen Some sod is dead due to rocks in the soil Decorative wood piece on Island is lose (Needs to be fixed) Calking or Paint on the out sliding glass doors needs to be removed and painted. Front Porch Ceiling needs painting AC has an unusually loud hum to it. Water Bill expense for lawn watering ... More

The sales staff and design team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, KB Home management were a disappointment. We put our deposit down and paid for upgrades but had to 8 months before they started construction. The management team kept pointing fingers at others without ever keeping the buyers informed.

Jenine and Christian were great to work with.

When it comes to KB, workmanship is up to par. The PM team is very knowledgeable and attentive to your building needs. KB sells team and relationship building needs work. They are not transparent and are not very personable. They are thier to sell you a product, and thats it. Recommend working with a broker outside KB and expect to be on your own.

Would recommend KB Homes to friends and family.

I am very happy in my new home.

Pros: very good location and construction is good. Cons: after closing there should be a one connect from KB homes about next mandatory steps. At group monthly closing buyers and explain post closing activities

My experience with KB Homes overall was great working with the finance team to get my mortgage up to the builder and now with the warranty individuals at are in charge with fixing any issues. I have. Everything was outstanding.

I'm a corporate transactional lawyer and have closed thousands of transactions. At the last minute, the financing was going sideways and I thought I would have to pay cash for the house. Andrew (KB Home Loans - Raleigh) was nothing short of remarkable in righting the financing deal at the last minute in a closing that was quickly moving sideways. I didn't think buying new construction would be so easy and pain free, but KB homes did an amazing job. I do a lot of investing now, and I bought a decent position in the ticker "KB" not too long ago. Thank you to the entire team, and to Christian (construction manager) and Andrew in particular. I'm cynical with very high expectations of service and product providers, but KB Homes met or exceeded my overly inflated expectations. ... More

Wisam was a joy to work with, very personable and friendly. I felt like I had just found a new friend. She was always available for me to answer any questions and always kept me informed on the progress of my home.

While many of the folks we’ve worked with throughout the buying process (from sales, to design, through building, to closing & post-move in) have been WONDERFUL.. our overall experience has left much to be desired. Disappointed with the quality of appliances - even though we purchased the gourmet option and upgraded appliances). And if you work from home, have kids, or simply enjoy spending time in your backyard… DO NOT buy a lot/home if there will be homes under construction within 7-10 lots in either direction. The trades do not respect homeowners and blare their music all day - and on Saturdays. We have lived here for 2 months and have yet to be able to keep our windows open most of the time. We spoke with the neighbor 3 doors down from us that closed about a week before us - and they said they’ve complained numerous times as well - to no avail. Construction noise is to be expected for sure - but blaring mariachi music is ridiculous. Lastly, not everyone takes much pride in ownership? Lawns are overgrown, weeds. Many folks buy into an HOA community for the pleasant aesthetic and some here just don’t care. I wish we had picked a different community; but fingers crossed that things improve. ... More

My KB Homes experience was great. From sales (Leslie), design center (Audrey-Bella Vista), to the project manager (Marley). I used my own lender. I received an update every week about the progress of my home, and I felt I could call and ask anyone a question at any time, and I did. I would and have recommended KB Homes to friends. Thanks for making the process so easy!!

Great experience from start to finish.

Leslie was very professional and communicated well with me. Christian and Marley also were helpful during my way through. Again…I was living in AZ during my build. I am currently still living in AZ, so I cannot comment on anything in the house at this time. One issue I was disappointed in was a day or two after I closed on my house I noticed an ant problem in my garage. I contacted KB, but no one would respond to my issue, except to tell me to spray for them.
