Everything was very well done as of closing. KB then discovered that a leak had been created in a pipe when a subcontractor installed insulation in a wall. KB very quickly addressed the problem, dried the affected area, and replaced some molding, drywall and a bit of carpeting. After a through clean up, KB even compensated us for the time and bother by installing an additional option. I believe how a company and its staff respond to a problem is usually the most important measure of its quality and commitment to its customers.

We had an awesome experience working with KB homes team. Process of picking up the lot of my choice till the closing day was extremely smooth and pleasant. Delivery was RIGGT ON TIME. Design center had multiple elegant choices of lights, countertops, kitchen fixtures and cabinets. Upgrade prices are very reasonable. We were informed and involved at each and every step. KB home staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and getting back with you on time if you have questions or concerns. I had a great experience with both Lauren (on-site agent) and Lauren (construction site mgr/NHO). They were both so responsive and helpful. Mary Ann (loan officer) made the purchase seamless!

All I have to say that during my journey with this project I was surrounded by a great Team that made the process so easy while I was abroad to the point that my house is completed and they are still helping me with any questions.

It was wonderful working with Marshall on our new home purchase. Ian was very good in going through the warranty process and taking care of any issues promptly.

The Loan department oriented us to get the credit pre-approval that was the beginning of this dream, then the sells and design staff help us to find the best options that fits our budget, and the superintend was so kind when we had any question regarding the construction process. And now we are enjoying our beautiful home.

Construction manager was great throughout the entire process

To start the sales person was thro thorough and listened to what we wanted in a new home. The project manager was reliable and quick to respond to any concerns we had. Also I received a call from the manager and salesperson every week to let me know how everything was coming along. I would totally recommend a KB home to anyone wanting to buy a new home.

Terry was very good in explaining everything during the entire process of our house being built and made sure the house had no issues before we moved in.

Had an amazing home buying experience with the entire KB crew. From the sale, to builders to financial folks, everyone was amazing and would absolutely recommend!

The seller Gabriel was very knowledgeable about KB homes and helped us through every step of the process. Our builder Mike was the best. If we wanted something looked at , he was very attentive to our needs. So far KB homes he been the best of all the home companies we’ve dealt with.

THE ONLY ISSUE THAT I HAVE NOW IS THE SWITCH FIR THE GARBAGE SHOULD BE UNDER THE SINK FOR EASY RATHER THAN 3 FEET AWAY. IT JUST IS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WAY TO HANDLE THE USE OF THE GARBAGE DISPOSABLE.

Overall satisfied with the out put of our home.
