I would highly recommend working with KB Homes. We had a great experience and are enjoying the house very much. The workmanship is very high quality as are the building materials were used. Any minor problems we have had have been fixed quickly and without trouble. Throughout the building process the work site was kept incredibly clean and we were free to visit as much as we wanted to check on the progress. The house was completed right on schedule. The building superintendent for our neighborhood has been amazing to work with and has made our entire experience easy. There were some minor issues at the 30 day, which is expected. However, I rated 4 in those 2 areas because some of the issues should have been seen prior to move in plus it's been 3 weeks and there are still a few outstanding issues that have not been addressed.

Just customer services is good, I am happy to got home.

Excellent support, craftsmanship

It was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales agent, Stephen was excellent. He kept us up to date on the progress once they started to build the house. Cathy at the design center did a fantastic job with our options selection. Our build supervisor, Bashar was always quick to respond to outlet questions during the build. Our customer service person, Haroon is assisting us with getting our punch list items taken care of. Now that we’ve been in the house for almost two months we’re loving our new home. I wish KB homes was more flexible and agreeable to minor design changes.

Everyone involved has been nothing but responsive, professional, and open.

Overall had a great experience with construction manager and during the purchase process.

KB Homes strives to satisfy the home buyer at every turn. Prompt response to any and all questions, provides appropriate guidance on options, taking the time to fully explain all details including warranties and who to call for assistance if needed.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful through the entire process.

We were looking for a smaller one floor home, a smaller yard and a neighborhood pool with affordable HOA fees, we found it in our new KB home.

My experience with purchasing my home was very good and fast paced, they had the design I wanted and even had upgraded options. The house was already built and ready to move in to and had everything I needed. The final inspection of the house was quick and my final move in was easy. The quality of my new home is excellent and brand new with all modern designs, it’s also a great location near parks and shopping centers. I am first time buyer and I am so happy that I went with KB. They explained everything to me in detail, even when I asked two or three times. Each person from the KB team that I worked with was efficient, helpful, kind, hard-working and I could go on! The difference I felt with KB to other builders is night and day. I felt like they truly cared that I was happy and I don't know what more you could want from a company. I couldn't imagine building with anyone else and inam glad I didn't have to. I would recommend KB to anyone who wants a wonderful experience building a home.

What’s committed at the time of closing is not yet done . I am still waiting for that . And also no body contacted me for 1 month inspection.

They gave attention to every tiny details. I'm very happy with the construction and also with the maintenance.

Satisfied about most things except lawn. There are some damages of my backyard lawn next to the lot under construction.

Purchasing a home is a stressful experience, at best. KB Homes did everything they could to make it less stressful. Even after moving in, they continue to be helpful.

All individuals that I dealt with during the construction of my new KB Home were very responsive and professional. At no point during the house build did I feel that I didn't know what the status was. Our forcasted move in date was met with no delays. I was able to select the fixtures for my house from the design studio, but was disappointed in the selections available, I would have preferred some higher end fixtures. I ended up having to replace lights, shelving, etc immediately after moving in since I wanted higher quality fixtures. The workmanship and quality of the painting was sub-par with paint splattered on many places on the windows, floor and carpeting. The paint issues were caused by a lack of attention to detail and not using masking tape/drop cloths etc. All in all, I got a bit more than I expected from my KB home and am quite satisfied with the outcome. ... The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was great to work with and the sales staff was very responsive to all of my concerns. I was disappointed with the initial interior painting of the walls and doors, but KB Home was quick to rectify the issue and make sure that I was happy with the final outcome. The house is very energy efficient and I would highly recommend this builder.
