I submitted to HOA for approval of fencing the first week of May. It is the first week of July and I’m told it will be up to another 45 days for a decision. This is unacceptably. It appears the HOA management company, AAM is not here to help And support the buyer but is here to “CONTROL” the buyer. It spoils an otherwise beautiful experience

Last Sunday for the first time we were going to use the washer and is not working. It doesn't start.

I had a great experience with both Lauren (on-site agent) and Lauren (construction site mgr/NHO). They were both so responsive and helpful. Mary Ann (loan officer) made the purchase seamless!

Noticed crack in bedroom window. Informed salesperson, who stated the replacement window was on order. During homeowner orientation, noticed blinds were placed over broken window. The Superintendent of construction was not aware of the issue. So, who ordered the replacement window? Was not made aware of non-delivery of mail. Was informed by different salesperson, 2 weeks after closing of mail delivery issue only when I inquired about time of delivery. This information should have been disclosed at closing. Very professional staff. Quality and concern for detail and very responsive.

All I have to say that during my journey with this project I was surrounded by a great Team that made the process so easy while I was abroad to the point that my house is completed and they are still helping me with any questions.

I have a long thread of email responses back and forth with the construcmanager, not superintendents, in which I continually pointed out incorrect building of my home. Several issues were sloughed off only to be issues to delay closings. Items pointed out by my private insepcthave yet to be resolved and were pointed out 3 months ago, beforethe first scheduled cloing which the builder missed. The KB lender tried to swindle me out of $17k categorized as points when I received quotes from 2 other lender for zero points and lower interest rates quoted by the KB loan officer. The journey with KB has been a disappointing struggle which started one year ago and still continues to get post walk through items and pre-walk through items resolved to my satisfaction. I would love to have someone in corporate to contact me to discuss my experience and allow me to share my documentation along the way. ... More

Buying a new home that is brand new, was a great experience. We had the opportunity to upgrade a few options, the builders were generous in delivering a few of those wants. overall, very pleased and will definitely let others know.

It was wonderful working with Marshall on our new home purchase. Ian was very good in going through the warranty process and taking care of any issues promptly.

KB Home staff support us all the way of our Home acquisition. The Loan department oriented us to get the credit pre-approval that was the beginning of this dream, then the sells and design staff help us to find the best options that fits our budget, and the superintend was so kind when we had any question regarding the construction process. And now we are enjoying our beautiful home.

Superintendent, Ian, no question the very BEST in class. Home studio consultant, Dixie - FANTASTIC. Home sales reps: Marshall and Jan B, top notch as well. Stay on top of the KB Loan team amd question everything they do and keep all your correspondence with them...watch out for duplicate requests

Construction manager was great throughout the entire process

To start the sales person was thro thorough and listened to what we wanted in a new home. The project manager was reliable and quick to respond to any concerns we had. Also I received a call from the manager and salesperson every week to let me know how everything was coming along. I would totally recommend a KB home to anyone wanting to buy a new home.

Terry was very good in explaining everything during the entire process of our house being built and made sure the house had no issues before we moved in.

I was quite disappointed when I was told that I was not going to get any help from KB Homes with the possibility of having a rodent in an interior wall of my new home. Obviously the home was not properly sealed when being constructed to allow rodents to be able to get into the framing and drywall

After 2 outside services calls for the fridge, onsite construction, doing everything they could, replaced it but it’s still just the standard fridge, kind of cheap with an annoying hum. One of the 3rd party service techs explained, they don’t make em like they used to!

Daniel was very helpful and responded to my questions and inquiries.

Terry has been very responsive to our requests for assistance and has answered all our questions adequately.

Buyer beware…Do not buy a KB Home. They are kings of bait and switch tactics. The property was a mess. The house was filthy as if someone already lived in our brand new home. Plumbing issues and scratched windows from day one. Dealing with KB’s customer service has been worthless and I am pretty sure everyone in my neighborhood feels the same way!

Jimmy, Josh, Mary Ann and Curtis were fabulous to work with. They were professional, kind, caring and wanted us to be completely satisfied in all aspects of the home buying experience. Kudos to KB, we are excited and love our new home!
