There are always bumps along the path to building a home. We've had our number of bumps, but KB Homes has done their best to meet our needs and take care of any problems we've had. It's not always the fastest turn around, but that's understandable considering how many homes there are and the time of year we bought our home. Just make sure you let them know if any problems and keep clear communication and they'll take care of you ;)

Overall with all of the delays in constructing my home. Their was always an open communication with me.

Overall it has been a great experience with KB Home for the whole ride. From the sale rep Tim to the home option specialist Curtis and the builder supervisor Jared and the director Bill, we feel so thankful we are having the business with this awesome team. Although we are still waiting for some problems fixing which should be commons in a new home, we are trusting we will have the positive responses.

I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure it was building with KB homes. From start to finish we were always kept apprised weekly of what was being done and the progress which was made. They sent pictures and the lines of communication were always open. Marshall our salesperson along with Gavin and Kaisee our site superintendents, as well as Curtis in the design center made our home a beautiful reality! Professional, caring, and always available, each and everyone went above and beyond. We can’t thank them enough. KB Homes is one of the best!

I wanted to relocate to the area and I had been searching for a home that was affordable and turn key move in ready. I didn't want to participate in bidding wars and found that new builds had less competition. I found this home late fall of 2021 and was able to watch it be built. The loan process was smooth and I am happy to say I'm happily settled in my newly built home. This was the less stressful way of homebuying. Thanks KB Home.

As a hobby carpenter, I appreciate the quality of the workmanship of our new home. I’m selling all my tools except for the basics! We love our new home, the spacious subdivision and neighbors!

Working with the people, all the way from first contact to last, was a good experience. We have had houses built before but have never been as well pleased. KB has met out every need, question, and concern with care and efficiency. I felt I was always in the middle of decisions and information. All in all, it was a very wonderful experience.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my home. The people here are awesome and truly care about you. They called weekly to give me updates on my home as it was being built. When they realized that my flooring was going to be delayed, they called to let me know and I had a chance to go back to the design center to pick out more flooring. Speaking of the design center, they are awesome!! Very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Love that I could get my refrigerator, washer and dryer put in my home before I moved in. I think the price of my home was on point, the options that are available are on point, and the quality of my home is on point. Once you are in your home, they will do a 30 day, check in to see if there is anything that needs to be done. If so, they are on it and will make sure it is corrected and make sure you are satisfied with the work. Customer care was very good. KB here in Raleigh has great staff - from the sales people to project managers, who take you step by step through buying and building process. The builders were very detailed in their workmanship and we had no problems with anything when we moved in. We used their home loan and insurance service as well. Loan officer was super. Only KB Insurance (CA) was the worst out of the whole experience. If you're considering KB Home in the Raleigh-Durham area, I give it a huge thumbs up.

KB Homes was the perfect choice for me. I was given weekly updates with pictures and progress, was educated on the energy star features, and was informed about what was being built every week with my house every step of the way. The staff were very professional and I'm glad I bought my first house with them.
