Overall it was a pretty positive experience. We had a few bumps but KB worked with us to resolve the issues and we are very happy with our new home!

Anthony and Michael were fantastic to work with during the sales and project management process. Great communication and great follow up. I have built a custom home before and the first time going through the process with a larger production builder and I was very impressed with the process.

Nobody wants to help us

I was not informed when I was choosing my lot that there would be a drainage issue when it rains in my back yard. The backyard floods whereby the water stands making it unusable for several days. Several attempts to alleviate this issue have gone unsuccessful. This problem has tarnished my new home building experience.

Had a major issue issue related to crawlspace and still it exists, wood work is not proper throughout the house. For 30 days they bluffed that they are going to fix a wood work issue and on the day of closing they mentioned that it cannot be done. Literally no response from KB Warranty team, need to follow-up multiple times on any issue. Very high price.

KB has been great in helping us with our home buying experience. They even came back after closing for a check up and are fixing up a couple scuff marks, holes, and even found a leak that was replaced same day!

I am happy how Ian and Team was on top of everything. He made sure that we were settled right in. They would respond immediately when contacted regarding both small and big issues. I would recommend the KB team to anyone who want to purchase home with KB

The sales team and design studio were wonderful to deal with. The construction team/superintendent, as well as the warranty team have been less than ideal to work with. The communication from both of those teams is lacking, and we have a hard time gettina a response from either of them. We've submitted warranty claims and claims regrding non-disclosed active wells on our property, and for several weeks, nobody has done anything about it.

Working with the sales team at Liberty Station was so convenient because they were always available for all my questions and concerns.

Lot of surveys but really nice people that will keep you informed and taken care of.

It was wonderful experience throw out overall process. Jeneal is very nice lady as sale person. Mortgage person May Ann was very nice and keep updating every steps. Bashar as construction manager went through every step explaining very well and clearing all doubts during orientation.

We recently bought a home in a new KB Home community. We had never bought new construction before and it was an experience. We were downsizing and the process took much longer than expected as new wells had to be dug, approved and put on line. The design studio experience was enjoyable, picking our fixtures, cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc. gave us some choices to customize our home. The different staff members we dealt with were mostly attentive to our needs. There were many minor things that needed attention, but I guess that happens with new construction. The beginning stages of the process were fine. The building process was a nightmare due mainly to well issues. We love our home though!

Salesperson Tim was great to work with and he communicated well. Construction supervisor Kaisee was always on top of things and also communicated well. Customer service director Greg did a great job explaining how things in my new home work and was willing to go over and above to help with any issues. I withheld one star because of numerous delays. Overall though, it has been a great experience!

Ask questions! Our home buying experience was less than stellar! 8 months of construction turned into 14 months!

Very happy so far with my experience. All staff that I have come in contact with have been very insightful and on top of their game.

Luis, Elli and Kenika were always available, professional, and helpful. Luis took care of things on the spot.

Chris was very helpful all throughout the process. Anything that was unsatisfactory in regards to the workmanship was corrected promptly.
