Being a first time home buyer, I can say the builders' team made us relax and trust the process from beginning to end.

The entire team at KB Homes worked diligently to ensure a quick and effective buying experience. From negotiating the asking price to handling paperwork, everything was streamlined. We would gladly recommend them to potential customers looking for a transparent and trusting relationship with their realtor.

In my role as Building Asset and Acquisition Manager at Community Home Trust, I work with Site Superintendents for newly constructed homes that are being added to our inventory. We are very appreciative of the partnership with KB Homes at both Stanat Place and Bridgepoint developments.

I submitted to HOA for approval of fencing the first week of May. It is the first week of July and I’m told it will be up to another 45 days for a decision. This is unacceptably. It appears the HOA management company, AAM is not here to help And support the buyer but is here to “CONTROL” the buyer. It spoils an otherwise beautiful experience

After 2 outside services calls for the fridge, onsite construction, doing everything they could, replaced it but it’s still just the standard fridge, kind of cheap with an annoying hum. One of the 3rd party service techs explained, they don’t make em like they used to!

From day one with Tim, thru multiple meetings with Eric, who assisted us beyond anything we could have asked for to Terry with the build and meetings, we couldn't have asked for anything better!

The selling agent and the construction supervisor were great. That being said, they are no longer at Birchwood Grove. Turnover is not a good thing to have when dealing with a new home.

Verry nice house and beautiful place

Overall it was a pretty positive experience. We had a few bumps but KB worked with us to resolve the issues and we are very happy with our new home!

Lot of surveys but really nice people that will keep you informed and taken care of.

Luis, Elli and Kenika were always available, professional, and helpful. Luis took care of things on the spot.

The whole process has been pleasant overall. There were several issues, but the crew are willing to step in and provide best services, I would like to shout out to Marshal, Mark and Rana. They are so professional. Treat this community and resident as families. My only suggestion to KB is to pay extra attention to drywall and trim, for inspection, that is most aspects of walkthrough. It could get frustrating and reduce overall impressions . Should have different cost, timeline and supervision on those depending different price points.

Cody was very attentive to our needs after closing. He was always a phone call or text away.

KB Home builders were easy to work with. Was informed weekly on the progress of my home being built. Quality of workmanship inside the home could be a bit better but the overall experience was great. Addressed all concerns immediately. Very happy with the outcome.
