I would highly recommend working with KB Homes. We had a great experience and are enjoying the house very much. The workmanship is very high quality as are the building materials were used. Any minor problems we have had have been fixed quickly and without trouble. Throughout the building process the work site was kept incredibly clean and we were free to visit as much as we wanted to check on the progress. The house was completed right on schedule. The building superintendent for our neighborhood has been amazing to work with and has made our entire experience easy. I would not like to share with my neighbors

KB was very thorough throughout the entire process. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable despite building a home being completely new for us.

Good overall

Steven did a great job and helped through the sales/buying process. Chuck was awesome and deserves a 10 rating. The mortgage team was also very helpful in the process.a

There were some minor issues at the 30 day, which is expected. However, I rated 4 in those 2 areas because some of the issues should have been seen prior to move in plus it's been 3 weeks and there are still a few outstanding issues that have not been addressed.

After 2 outside services calls for the fridge, onsite construction, doing everything they could, replaced it but it’s still just the standard fridge, kind of cheap with an annoying hum. One of the 3rd party service techs explained, they don’t make em like they used to!

The selling agent and the construction supervisor were great. That being said, they are no longer at Birchwood Grove. Turnover is not a good thing to have when dealing with a new home.

Overall it was a pretty positive experience. We had a few bumps but KB worked with us to resolve the issues and we are very happy with our new home!

The sales office, lender and contractors were all amazing. Each and every one of these people made what would normally be a stressful event, more reassuring and calming. They built our home in the timeline that we really needed. They kept us updated throughout the entire process.

KB pays attention to complaints and resolves issues in timely manners

Salesperson Tim was great to work with and he communicated well. Construction supervisor Kaisee was always on top of things and also communicated well. Customer service director Greg did a great job explaining how things in my new home work and was willing to go over and above to help with any issues. I withheld one star because of numerous delays. Overall though, it has been a great experience!

The experience was rocky at first! Sean helped navigate the issues and once Nemo came on, it kept getting better!
