I had a great experience with the purchase of my home. The people here are awesome and truly care about you. They called weekly to give me updates on my home as it was being built. When they realized that my flooring was going to be delayed, they called to let me know and I had a chance to go back to the design center to pick out more flooring. Speaking of the design center, they are awesome!! Very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Love that I could get my refrigerator, washer and dryer put in my home before I moved in. I think the price of my home was on point, the options that are available are on point, and the quality of my home is on point. Once you are in your home, they will do a 30 day, check in to see if there is anything that needs to be done. If so, they are on it and will make sure it is corrected and make sure you are satisfied with the work. A great homebuying experience overall

Customer care was very good. KB here in Raleigh has great staff - from the sales people to project managers, who take you step by step through buying and building process. The builders were very detailed in their workmanship and we had no problems with anything when we moved in. We used their home loan and insurance service as well. Loan officer was super. Only KB Insurance (CA) was the worst out of the whole experience. If you're considering KB Home in the Raleigh-Durham area, I give it a huge thumbs up.

The sales office, lender and contractors were all amazing. Each and every one of these people made what would normally be a stressful event, more reassuring and calming. They built our home in the timeline that we really needed. They kept us updated throughout the entire process.

We have had 3 consecutive new homes built. This by far is the worst experience of all! Materials are adequate yet the workmanship is poor.

I was given weekly updates with pictures and progress, was educated on the energy star features, and was informed about what was being built every week with my house every step of the way. The staff were very professional and I'm glad I bought my first house with them.

I feel the entire process went well without any major issues right from the day I signed the contract till I move-in. They are few areas where they can improve which I alread shared but over all great work experience with KB Homes Especially my construction leader Cudney, Chuck was always there to address any feedback I shared with him with timely resolution. I love his energy and connect with his team. Great work Chuck. KB Makes your home buying process easy and simple (I trust these guys).

Great experience overall starting from the first visit to closing. Other home builders should be more like KB.
