KB Home staff support us all the way of our Home acquisition. The Loan department oriented us to get the credit pre-approval that was the beginning of this dream, then the sells and design staff help us to find the best options that fits our budget, and the superintend was so kind when we had any question regarding the construction process. And now we are enjoying our beautiful home.

Chad, the gentleman in charge of helping us with our warranty covered maintenance requests has been great. Him and his team have been incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. They are appreciated!

This was mine of my wife's first time purchasing a new build. Our team support us all the way through from start to finish and has still been in contact making sure everything went well which it has. We highly recommend KB homes if you want new build with a custom touch!
